The "Laydown Hen" seems to be the current craze in decoys. It makes sense but I've always just used a regular hen decoy with no stake.

Same thing here, Jeff. I've got an upright hen with a very short stake. She's the decoy that gets all the attention in my hunts this year. Once everything greens-up and grows she can be hard to see, though...
