You got it right Tom; those temp dials won't break the bank. Done a commercial scale, they would be even cheaper if they were included. The only reason I could see they purposely avoid it is they don't want to spend endless hours explaining to people why that reading is different than the controller. This is a great basic instructional video for your viewers. Thanks Tom.

Tel-Tru is the only brand I trust when it comes to analog thermometers. I am not saying they are the only accurate available option but I am saying they are certainly better than 98% of competing brands
