Hey dude, might be a stupid question but why won't my single clip render properly? After i've applied any sort of effect and hit space to let it play out, it renders a very small segment of the clip and just keeps replaying that section. Then if i try to render the rest by manually scrubbing, the segment already rendered becomes unrendered. Super frustrating because I can't view my work after i've applied the effect...
Hey, it sounds like your computer is having a hard time rendering out the sequence for playback. This is an issue with the computer not being powerful enough to render your timeline. You can try to use proxies to reduce the size of your clips for editing
Try and search for retro vhs overlays and throw that on top of your footage! Me personally I use a $20 camcorder to replicate an old footage look for my filmmaking!
