The fact that she willingly sacrifice her freedom for the man he love so much aside from that her characteristics are qualified as queen in the future
First time I liked what queen Drowger did 🤭🤭 😂but I was so frustrated that the Crown prince left the Crown Princess by herself on the wedding night, how can he do that ??!! He should clear his misunderstanding before acting, I felt so bad for her😔.

@@KD_k1978 The Crown Prince had to do that... and ignore her from now on... as she is officially one of the QUEEN's MOTHER "spies". That is now his only way to protect her from becoming a bigger target than she already is. That poor thing has no idea what she got herself into by following him into the palace, nor what her father has been doing against him all these time.
This drama should be called Under the queen's canopy/tent 'cause an umbrella is too small for all the people this woman has come through for. She's so badass😎. Plus her skin be skinning. You can almost see your future on her forehead🤩🤩😌😌

The Queen was such a good mother to all! I now realized why queens were expected to be generous, kind, compassionate, and wise. When you are not just taking on the name of a mother out of responsibility, but also behaving like one, the world becomes much better for the future! She protected and teached her sons, saved Prince Simso, advised Concubine Tae and Prince Boegoum, hid the Grand Heir and the ex-crown princess, supported the King (from loneliness & guilt, which could have possibly led him to go crazy), and probably so much more that we don't know about!
Yoon Chong-ha had such a good smile and voice, her personality shone like a bright star.
You forgot one thing, she had to run like crazy all over the palace to deal with the madness that was happening. She was the fittest queen I ever watched. When you think of all the characters, the one who did the most running was her.
The show does a great job illustrating why it is vital to have leaders of impeccable moral integrity. Every human watches the actions of people who have authority over them. If those in authority have poor morals, the infractions and consequences get worse with each step down the social ladder. Whether it's a king, a senator, or a CEO, leaders set the tone for everyone underneath them.

All the plotting that went into making her Princess Consort was quite smart...if only the Queen let Seongnam in on the plan as well. It saddens me that'll he'll be on guard against her now because of who her daddy is. And poor girl is too innocent to yet realize how treacherous palace life is.

I was so impressed with how she took all the setbacks and challenges regarding her relationship with Crown Prince Seongnam. Her belief in his goodness never waivered, and she didn't allow disappointments to mar her character. If anything, the crucible of palace life only served to reveal even more depth to her spirit. She is a worthy successor to the Queen.

I feel so bad for the crown princess, I can imagine how disappointed she'll féel.She literally has just been running to him, she's done so much out of love for him even when her love wasn't able to do anything for her. I just hope the Crown prince finds out his mistake before he hurts her badly. Nothing can be more disappointing, she's such a sweet soul I hate to see her hurt or be used by the grandmother.

This poor thing has no idea what she got herself into by joining forces with the old witch QUEEN MOTHER because of her father the Minister of Defense. The last scene from this Episode 12 was so heart breaking... after the Wedding Rituals where done and she was finally alone in her bedroom with The Crown Prince to consummate their union and he just stands up and leave the room without a single word... as that is now his only way to protect her from becoming a bigger target than she already is... 😵💫🥺😭😭😭
I am looking forward to see if she is going to have the strengths to endure all what is coming up next, but most of all, to understand why he has to be that way with her, in order to survive the intrigues inside the palace. 😏

This such a stellar show. I usually don’t like shows that deal with politics. But this show has shown me that politics do exist in family matters.
This show at its core is warm hearted and so protective a mother and child relationship.

This show stands in stark contrast to so much of what comes from Hollywood these days. It has the values that American shows had up until the 1980s when "gritty" became a buzzword and morality began its slow slide into the gutter.
Yes, there are still occasional US shows with traditional values, but they are few and far between. It seems US showrunners find it more important to push social and political agendas now and traditional values are generally mocked.

Apart from Kingdom, if we are being honest, all other second seasons of Korean dramas are not as great as their first because it feels like they run out of stories by the halfway point (I'm looking at you Hospital Playlist 😭. You were my favorite drama, how could you?). Korean dramas are not built for second seasons. Periodt.
I like the 16 episode format that South Korea has. It’s better than the never ending seasons we get in America and Mexico.
I hope crown prince allows himself to love her despite her being on the other side (for now i hope!).
