- Hero Karizma XMR Detailed Ride Review - Better than R15, RS 200 and RC 200?
Hero Karizma XMR is a bike available in only 1 variant and 3 colours.Karizma XMR price starts at Rs. 1,72,900 in India. The Hero Karizma XMR is powered by 210cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 25.15 bhp and a torque of 20.4 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Karizma XMR comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Karizma XMR bike weighs 163.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 11 liters.
The Karizma XMR is Hero Motocorp’s latest 200cc offering and its introductory price is set at Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is available in three paint schemes - Iconic Yellow, Turbo Red, and Matte Phantom Black.
The Hero Karizma XMR gets a brand-new styling with cuts and creases all over. The bike looks sporty and quite youthful too. It gets a sharp fascia housing an LED headlight topped by an adjustable windscreen. Then, there are the clip-on handles and the split-seat setup making the Karizma XMR look more enticing.
It’s powered by a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-valve motor that makes 25.15bhp at 9,250rpm and 20.4Nm at 7,250rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and gets a slip-and-assist clutch. It’s nestled in a new steel trellis frame.
The features list of the Hero Karizma XMR comprises LED projector headlights, fully digital LCD with smartphone connectivity, and dual-channel ABS. The rider gets access to turn-by-turn navigation, SMS and call notifications, as well as a fast-charging USB port.
Hero has equipped the Karizma with telescopic front forks and a six-step adjustable monoshock. Meanwhile, the braking hardware comprises 300mm front petal discs and a single 230mm rear disc. This setup is mounted on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 100/80 front and 140/70 rear tyres. The Karizma XMR gets an 11-litre fuel tank and 810mm of seat height.
The Hero Karizma XMR 210 rivals the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, Yamaha R15 V4, and the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200.

I would choose XMR over gixxer because of Hero MotoCorp’s easy maintenance and cheaper parts incase needed
Reason to go with Karizma : Liquid cooled DOHC engine , slipper and assist clutch , Auto illumination feature, Adjustable and taller Windshield, USB charging socket , bluetooth connectivity and turn by turn navigation feature ,low maintenance and maintenance cost , more modern look from front and side and last but not least due to steal deal price.
Reason to buy Gixxer : more refined engine , more power and speed , better seat comfort especially for pillion due to larger seats, better stability and handling due to fatter tiers in both front and rear , better looks from back due to 150 section tier …..Now choose according to your preferences. If I was at your place I would have chosen Karizma 🙂🙃

@@sayantannayak7666bro it’s ultimately your decision, but I think Our Bharatiya companies are doing great job now a days , especially TvS and Hero and also Bajaj . So if we support them by buying their products it will be beneficial for Us ( due to much lower cost initially and also in long terms ) , for our desi companies and also for our Nation . If you go with Karizma may be the engine will not be as smooth as japanese engines , but the rest you will get are much more than you can ask for at this price point , no any japanese brand will give you all these features at such a low price point and also in long term the maintenance cost will be higher for japanese machines.. And also if we support our desi companies now in future they will give us even more advanced products which even the japanese brands will struggle to compete with or if we only keep supporting the foreign companies the market monopolies will never end … So in my opinion it’s better to aim for long term benefits 🙂

Although I do agree this would've come with usd forks, you're gonna buy a way inferior bike just to get usd forks? Plus the telescopic on this is very good anyways it's not like it's bad then usd would be much more needed

That delivers more power and torque and has more displacement. Agar Gixxer 250 leta toh rr310 bhi Lena tha.. hence didn’t make sense to put it in the same bracket.
They should bring out a naked version with Comfortable riding position & big and comfortable pillion seat with big tank of 18 ltr
Karizma would always come in a Faired version.. that’s what hero says. Let’s see only demand and time can tell.

Thanks! I booked F250 three months ago, didn't receive any update from them. Then I thought of getting N250 but this Xmr kind of changed my mind
