Avid matcha connoisseur here!! Historically speaking, people believe that matcha has really good benefits for heart health! Theres also different types of matcha that have different added benefits & its an antioxidant so if you need to detox its a good way to kickstart that 🙈

@@LuciaCordaro 9 - 5 working industry was created, because masons wants slaves. Schools systems prepared us for our future slavery. Wise ones reject this and seek GOD and start relying on HIM fully. it is unwise to count on the governments of this world. Didn´t they proved in 2020 how badly far are they from reality? slavery turn no soul rich, the price for such slavery is opposite:
you lost:
time (1st 20 years = childhood, then comes 40 years for slavery = your 20s, your 30s, your 40s, your 50s, then comes 50 years of being elderly = 60 - 100)
health = all these vaccines, which slowly turns you a cripple + man made fake food ( we are dust and should consume which comes directly from dust)
life = no time and no health = early grave
Each of us shall lose 3 times, gain nothing more then illusions.
When reading THE BIBLE (KJV) and complaining abut the slavery in the past, know then this, that

I like coffeeee more bc it makes me feel way more productive and I smile more when I get things done. I don’t really like the taste of matcha but it’s green aesthetic looks delicious

I just switched to matcha every morning and I love it so much better than coffee or energy drinks-I don’t get shaky or crash later on. I make it with the blueberry lavender almond milk from Trader Joe’s and it’s so good!
