  • A three-year curriculum allows serious students the opportunity to simultaneously complete the requirements for a high school diploma and varying credits of college coursework toward an associate's degree. The educational programs are distinctive, not only for the melding of secondary and postsecondary curricula but also for the employment of various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles, the use of technology across the curriculum and the implementation of extensive group and individual counseling and mentoring.
St Petersburg Collegiate High School offers its students two program options, though both share a common goal, i.e. to provide an academic environment that ensures the completion of a high school diploma while enabling successful completion of college-level course work.

Wow, I never knew such a program existed, and I am surprised on how this amazing opportunity is overlooked. I'm the middle of 10th grade, and now I am making plans to register! :D

I know this is 6 years later, but I'm about to go to a collegiate high school. I was wondering if you could share your experience? Did you regret it? Or was it a good decision?

@@asdfghjkl3003 I ended up going with a dual enrollment program for combined high school and college and SPC. I have a complete Diploma and 35 points to an unfinished Associates Degree by the time I graduated. I unfortunately had a lot going on at 16-18 years old and still havent returned to school for other reasons. But, if you want to be ahead in education, I found those programs very helpful and worthwhile.
