Not only did this video get copyright claimed but our recording software crashed multiple times which caused a whole mess with syncing the show footage to our footage. The fact that Verosica called him "blitzø" instead of "blitzo" after she realized that he truly was sorry literally killed me.
Stolas went from a fancy suppressed-gay horny demon owl to probably the deepest and most relatable character in the entire series.
Verosika hosted these parties not to shame any of Blitzø's exes, but to reassure them that they're not alone in what they're going through. She was so nice to Stolas the entire night 😭 I fricken love herrr.🖤🤍

That one bit with Mayberry and Martha is one of the greatest plot twists ever.
I love how Verosika realizes that Blitzø absolutely belongs at the "I Hate Blitzø" party.
The fact verosika was so sweet to stolas because of their experience with blitz is nice because she actually cares and felt the same way he did.
"I wanna feel like I am earning my way to Earth." I really like how this highlights the way Blitz sees things.
Verosika actually trying to help Blitzø see the error of his ways is sweet. The moment with her really emphasises that she doesn't just want to hate Blitzø to hate him. Sure he's awful, but she's able to finally open his eyes so he can understand it, and why he should.
Hopefully this will be his final wake up call.
Remember Blitzø stole Virosica's car went to wrath and maxed out her cards on horse riding lessons we learned this near the start of S1-3

@@calxiyn it's a self destruction tactic. He felt like he was protecting her from him, by doing something so shitty she'd not want to get back with him. Blitz tends to push things to try to get the other person to dump him. Or make it that if he dumps them they don't try to contact him after.

@@calxiyn it's all connected to the fire incident as well as his dad's abuse. Can't wait to see us get some more about mom soon based on what we see in the trailer. I'm actually guessing we are getting that next episode but it's mostly just a gut feeling.
@@calxiyn based on what he was saying to Stolas about how he breaks things off before it gets too serious, he says, "I'm doing us both a favor." He avoids getting vulnerable, and he "saves" the partner from ending up like others in his life that have been hurt by his actions. His dad called him a screw up. He believes it.
How symbolic that Blitz when on a "hate Blitz" party. He fits in perfectly.
Nothing shows me the subjectiveness of taste so much as your reaction to Stolas' song. It was my favorite so far by a lot. Not a complaint btw, just funny how easily different people experience music.
The fact that verosika saw him turning back into the blitz she loves too hate and warned him is so good. He calls her ver as a pet name and she actually tells him. "Hey now hold it blitz. If you really want too change it starts with letting him go." She cares in a former victim of his self sabatoge but she does genuinely care
There seem to be a lot of people that think Stolas bares blame for the breakup but I honestly don’t think so. Stolas did nearly everything one can think of to improve their relationship over months. He removed all demands so Blitzø could choose to come only when he wanted and he never visited for months except to drop off the book. So he got Bliztø a replacement for the book and opened up completely and Blitzø took love as a joke, so Stolas tried to break it off. Instead of thinking about it like Blitzø said he wanted to do, he slid the knife in and twisted it instead, he hurt Stolas in the worst way possible, saying he looks down on everyone including him, basically that Stolas never loved him. I know Blitzø was about to say sorry after that, but honestly that’s too little too late.
Bliztø is an abuser and Stolas is the current abused. Saying that Stolas bares much of the blame is, as I see it, akin to blaming the victim for being a victim, and that’s not right. And the really sad thing is, Stolas was abused in his marriage and was worried HE was abusing Blitzø. And even in this episode, Stolas still let Blitzø talk to him, repeatedly. When Alejandro asked for a dance, Stolas looked to Blitzø for permission, and surprisingly Blitzø gave it. And Stolas’s song was about how he still loves Blitzø and thinks Bliztø didn’t mean to hurt him because he doesn’t mean anything to him, which is heartbreaking. You talked during much of the song so I’m not sure you picked up on it. You said it doesn’t sound Stolas when it clearly does, so listening to the lyrics might help.
In all, it’s probably for the best that they are broken up and stay broken up. I liked them as a couple but Blitzø as is is way too toxic. He seems to try to hurt people in the worst way possible to stop them from hurting him first. I bet this has to do with the circus fired. It was implied it killed his mother and it was somewhat implied that he was given blame and grief for it by his dad and sister as least. I think the reason he and Stolas initially worked because it was business and was transactional. Blitzø initially bedded him because he felt bad for him but they obviously both fell in love over time. Stolas is a believe in love, we know that, he sung about it in episode 2. It was all fine until Stolas tried to change the relationship and then defensive Blitzø came out and started hurting him.
At least, though, at least, Blitzø seems self-aware now and said he wants to change. When he dropped the act with Verosika, she gave legit advice, called him Blitzø instead of Blitzo. I WANT to see Blitzø get better.
Anyway, sorry for the long rant. Obviously, these are my two cents; your opinion may vary.

I started this series going "Screw off, bird brain" whenever Stolas was involved and have fully switched to "WHO THE F*** MADE MY OWL BOI CRY?!!!"

Nah cuz blitz didn't just ghost her over text or something, the second she confessed, he probably said something shitty and/or dismissive, then he stole her car, her cards, maxxed them out, eft her alone to pay for the hotel room etc.
Like that's the shitty message he sent to her. Godamnit blitz😭
Also like, i loved that despite everyone around stolas validating him and encouraging him to actively hate blitz, he never once truly participated in it.
Sure he called him a motherfucker in that gorgeous, beautiful, amazing song of his (i was literally sobbing by the end of it, its so good!) but it seemed more lamenting and mournful rather than angry/hateful.
Stolas doesnt put blame on blitz but is under the impression, and accepts the fact that blitz never cared for him, that he's the silly one for falling for this guy.
Going at the party must've solidified his belief that he is just another number for blitz. He's trying to get over him.
Whereas blitz is literally going through the 5 stages of grief all in the course of one party lmaooo.
Its so tragic and sad, these two omggg

22:59 if we’re meant to assume that Verosika’s and Blitzo’s conversation in s1 ep3 is about their breakup, then he didn’t just ghost her after she confessed her love for him, he up and left her at a hotel, stole her car and credit card, and then ran off to Wrath to take horse riding lessons. (Most likely paying for it with Verosika’s money) Verosika did say in this episode “ you know how to send a message in the shittiest way”. You sure do,Blitzo. Like, damn dude.

3 things, but first to be clear i still think Blitzo was an asshole to many people. my comments below are not trying to negate or ignore the faults or mistakes Blitzo made. however everyone seems to be on team Stolas. so his point doesnt need to be explained by me.
1. The Striker incident isnt fair. He was taking his daughter to the vet for her mandatory shot so she doesnt get sick because he cares for Loona. And he knows he is the only one She trusts enough to bring her. To add to that point Stella ordered intial hit, that Blitzo DID stop, and openly talked about it on the phone right across from Stolas. If stolas had bothered to listen to her he wouldve known about the first hit., and a potentional follow up.
2. Stolas claims he never looks down on Blitzo, but he refers to Blitzo as " imp" many times, which in Blitzos experiecne is an insult, of rank and class. Not to mention, Blitzo was BOUGHT for loose change, and a condom. by Stolas's father. to be his friend. As far as Blitzo is concerned he is just Stolas's pet, a thing to amuse him. and Stolas hasnt done that much to break that sterotype. Stolas hasnt one time asked Blitzo how HE feels in the relationship. Stolas assumed he felt trapped or caged, but BLitzo felt fine as he said " it is a tranactional fucking" Stolas added his own opinions, forced them on Blitz, bumrushed him with an ultimatum. and then refused to try and understand how Blitzo felt.
3. Notice how Blitz slides between the banisters mimicking being a prisoner, but Verosika kicks the bannister so she can be free and have her legs normal. he feels trapped even though he was given "freedom" from stolas.
A very big chunk of people keep using reason 2 as if that has shit to do with Stolas himself. Stolas used those names as terms of endearment and flirting, they were *never* meant to be derogatory. The problem is that Stolas has *zero* experience or frame of reference for how to speak to a friend, let alone a love interest that comes from a lower level background. Did everyone completely forget that Stolas has been born and raised in high society basically alone? He doesn't *actually* look down on imps unless they earn it by hurting someone he cares about(as seen by how he was not at all offended to be around them at The Circus, Loo Loo Land, The Harvest Moon Festival, going to the I.M.P group for help in the first place, nor The "hate Blitzo party" and was even flattered to be asked by one to dance) but he doesn't KNOW how to not speak as if he does look down on them because that's the only language he's ever heard. He's never had to the social understanding that most children have gotten and definitely never had someone tell him that any of his words are offensive seeing as it doesn't seem like servant imps are permitted to speak casually let alone correct the Ars Goetia they serve, how is Stolas supposed to "be better" at something he doesn't even know he's doing wrong?(For example: he only even knows the transactional relationship was wrong because he was exposed to Millie and Moxie's loving relationship at Ozzie's and realized only *then* that that's how couples are *supposed* to treat each other)
Side note: in reference to 1, I can't really blame Stolas for not paying attention to his blatantly abusive wife at every yell given how often she gets mad at nothing in the first place
