I have been debating about getting loc'd for years. I'm 100% natural for 10+ years but now that I'm hitting my 40's I'm wanting to get loc'd up. The only thing is I like different options with my hair and after finding your channel I am going to get locs. Love these tutorials!

You are very welcome ;-) I don't use product anymore. At this point in my loc journey, my locs are pretty much trained to loc on their own. When I did use product, I used anything that said "for loc retwist" lol! But then I found out how bad build-up is for locs. I use a mixture of oils after I wash my hair and retwist and go (no clips)

I love your hair. I am wondering if I can create a similiar style with my shorter locs. I am just about 8 months into my locs and the fish tail braid is gorgeous to me, but I am wondering if it is doable..... if that is a word. well, i will try at some point and will let you know so you can "hopefullly" give me more tips.

I wash and retwist my hair every 2-3 weeks and I just let it air dry.
