This vid is repetitive and delves deeply into why SAP is important instead of a tutorial on how to use or recognize SAP. I don't know if it ever gets to the point mentioned in the title because even on 1.5 speed this vid is too convoluted. It's not necessary to understand business pitfalls in order to use the software developed to circumvent them.
this is also an example of failed leadership in management who do not want information shared among departments and for them to do only what is required of them so they do not have to pay living wages.
