Theory to know about Eric/Wither King: *Eric had parents, a mom that has the same wither face and the dad who was normal and clean both of them died leaving Eric all by himself, he was in a village with so many villagers and citizens as they were afraid of him (not accepting his appearance), Eric tried to ignore them but is hurt about how many people dislikes his look he saw a rose and touches it but it turns into a wither rose which causes the withers to appear and nearly destroy the village and killing the villagers, they had enough. So they had no choice but to banish Eric by sending him to the nether and once he got there he was all alone sad.*
*He met a little piglin who isn't scared or dislike his look, the piglin wanted to show Eric a fortress where a lot of piglins is training with Withers and having fun. Eric now feels happy that he has a new life until one day a Wither was chasing the piglin and him and the little Piglin has to stop it. Eric stops the Wither but suddenly with his wither look the Wither commands him and thinks of him as a king Eric is found to be stared by the Piglins of wondering why it's not killing Eric or the piglins.*
*The King Piglin was shown to try and kill the Wither (Idk if it's also Eric) but the little Piglin defended him but The King and the other archer piglins had to kill them which forced the Wither to save Eric's life accidentally tossing the arrow at the little Piglin. Eric got so sad to see his best-friend die and the Wither & Piglin war has begun. Eric had to make a retreat.*
*Eric is now all alone again and began running, and running and running after he stopped, began crying and outbursting because he was just having a normal life with the piglins. He had enough, snapped and then grew a white glowing eye summoning the withers, killing the piglins and specially the King and here he is now. Wither King he feels a bit bad but still wants to get revenge.*
That's my theory about him, he just wanted to feel love or someone to accept who his appearance is.
