Sanji and his siblings are NOT robotics, they are not robots, they're not Android and they're not cyborgs. They're genetically modified. If Sanji truly was made of metal he would have been durable from the start as a kid.
If he was anywhere near a cyborg he would have been compared to Franky, kuma or Queen.
