Houdinni Guy I have had this for years I would never recommend anyone to buy this, I had nothing but problems, it was great for a year or two but it just went downhill. DONT DO IT
Sounds like riveting between inner clutch and cvt clutch is going to be broken in sportsman 300 :( I just changed the inner clutch "bell" cause the rivets gone totally broken in my own and now there is not that napping sound :)
I'd been looking for a new four-wheeler since my old 2011 90 is way too slow for my taste. the 300 seems like a good four-wheeler to choose.

What do you mean? The clutch cover bearing? BTW mine makes the same noise and I'm having a new bearing shipped to me.
No bearing, loosen rivets between cvt axis and inner clutch "bell". See image: drive.google.com/file/d/0BwGWU_hJIQ4iTG1FeHBaTVhfV00/view?usp=sharing
