KEY MOMENTS TIMELINE IN VIDEO DESCRIPTION. Thank You For Watching🙏🏾
Great to SEE these type of videos thumbs UP and shared. :)
I am hoping to buy a used Ford Transit 250 148” long body cargo with medium or high roof a.s.a.p. The primary use will be camping and general travel. I simply do not have $13k for a professional van build with all the “bells and whistles”. Simplicity in style is basic to me.
I have friends with carpenter skills, and I have watched RV construction videos religiously for years. I feel I can install insulation and flooring with a little bit of “manpower” help. Additionally, there is an RV dealership close by that can install the electrical and plumbing, a window and 2 roof fans.

When I see a video 2 hours plus in length I usually pass as my attention span is about 12 minutes...but I have to say, this was the most informative RV video I have ever seen. Great job!
Thanks So Much
My dealer here in G'ville, SC has confirmed delivery of my Beyond 22RB and begin walk-thru 29-Sep and watching this video was great to see the in depth work involved. When folks cannot understand why a B Van is so expensive and you see what all goes into it, you then understand. Spending my whole career with Uniroyal/BFG/Michelin and spent so much time in every plant from Canada to Mexico in all our factories, I always love to see 'How It's Made" tours of other products. I really respect Nick in what he is accomplishing with Coachman B Division and as Francois Michelin always stated, "The Customer Is the True Boss" and you strive to Meet or Exceed the Customers Expectation. I do feel my $$$ investment is with a great company and look forward to traveling in a Quality Van. Thank you Hank & Lola for this video. NOw I am really curious as to what tricks Nick might have on making the twins into a full size as that will be the first mod we will 'have" to do :-)
Congratulations, hope you're enjoying your van 😀
Geez I'm enjoying these better than the other channel.
Whaaaat 🤣🤣🤣 🙏🏽
I’ve probably watched an extensive number of hours to learn as much as I can about class b camper vans. I’ve seen both of you in many many videos separately and together. By far, this is the most informative video I’ve seen, the honest and open tour of the facility from start to finish, the extra tidbits of intel from solar panels to reflective materials used. The fact that you guys are truly listening to customers and adjusting I think is truly something special. I was so impressed … thanks you guys , truly appreciate this.
Awesome, it was a big time investment for Nick however I really think it was worth it, thanks to you for taking the time to watch
This is one of the absolutely best and most informative videos I have seen yet .
Awesome, thank you, we really wanted to add on to the already very good videos out there
This is very informative and the kind of craftsmanship every RV manufacturer should exhibit.
Well done you guys.
Thanks Nick, awesome intro to Coachman products.
THANK YOU Hank & Lola Really love the in-depth and open Tour from Nick... I will buy a Coachmen Class B because of the QUALITY build philosophy - So Please Nick & the Gang of talented craftsmen & women in Middlebury, Indiana - NEVER CHANGE! You cannot go wrong by doing the right thing and success will always be the result!
Ask Nick if he would consider a gravity fill for water tank on Galleria 24A. Have the fill inside on back panel of battery and water tank area. I have a 24A ordered and pleased with the information of this video that assured me of making the right decision. I am 68 yrs old and just sold my 40 foot Class A to downsize to this unit.
I deeply appreciate the information you and Ms. Lola rings to the people. I’m seeking to buy a van build soon, but still learning which would best work for my needs. Your channel brings a wealth of knowledge and is meaningful in my final decision. Thanks and Blessings on Blessings😇🙏🏽😍
Thank you so much Lorea, it means a lot to us that so many folks out there, including yourself, appreciate what we do 😁🙏🏽
Yes Sirs*!* Continue To Make All Your Choices Wisely. @@strangerpalooza
Coachmen and Nick Recchio really do the RIGHT THING, I know it!
Nick Recchio well done very informative. This was the most comprehensive factory video that I've ever seen. Very interesting and thorough tour. Awesome intro to Coachman products.
Wow!!! Extremely thorough video! Thanks Hank and Lola.
Hank, Lola and Rick what an awesome indepth video!!! This is a TRUE rv review, the kind every manufacturer should be producing!!! Thank you for taking the time to show the process in building these class B's. Once the "sheet rock" goes up, you don't know what's behind the walls. Thank you again 😊
Thank you AF I’m really glad that so many folks appreciate the time and effort we out into getting this done, and Lola and I appreciate Nick taking so much time out of his very busy day... I hope this helps folks out there thinking about either purchasing or building a camper van 🙏🏽👍🏾✌🏾
I enjoy this tour. I know it is 2 yrs ago, yet I still like some of the old ones I watched previously. This is one of my favorites. Thanks.
Very interesting and thorough tour. Very! I can't sit still when Nick kept calling that reflective material R38. Ain't no way. I bet it won't test R2. Thank you Hank for presenting this.
Coachmen B and Nick Recchio, truly above and beyond when it comes to being responsible to us consumers.
Cool. I didn't think anyone was using the 2020 Transit yet. I bought one and I'm building my own. I have the power door by the way and it does not have to open fully. You can stop it at any point by using the handle or the button.
thanks David that's good info to know
Loved the in-depth coverage, Rick & Lola,. I know many will think too long but truly enjoyed the walk with Nick Recchio at Coachmen RV. Outstanding well-done overview thanks for sharing.
This is neat... I love watching how things are made! Great work, Hank and Lola!
Yeah me too it’s fascinating to me 😁
This was the most comprehensive factory video that I've ever seen. Nick is a standup guy and I will defiantly buy a Coachmen after watching this video!
Cool, thanks I’ll pass that on to him
Thanks for the behind the scenes look. You both did an awesome job with the video, camera work, questions etc....
YW and thanks for watching
Great camera work Lola! Great Video Hank!
Thank You Nick to listening to all of us, you make Coachmen Great.
Would of been nice to see Tommy also.
He's a great asset, helping with all our wants and wishes...
Monday!
Monday!
Thanks we agree with you Coachmen is very very attentive to their owners...we did see Tommy however it wasn’t until we’re already done the video...we’re also fans of Tommy 😁
Great video. Serene camp with beautiful views. Kelly is always adorable.
Great Video - Nice to see the how and why of a class B. Thank you so much.
Thanks Hank , Lola and Nick ! Great video . We love our 2020 beyond li3 22c . Nick and coachman are the best. Great customer relations. Nick goes above and beyond .
You’re welcome Ricky. I agree Eveyone at Coachmen are extremely friendly and helpful
Great video Hank, Lola, & Nick! Thank you for taking time to do it! ❤️❤️❤️
Wow , You and Lola and Coachmen put on a great show! Hank you did a excellent job with your ability to ask questions that we would like to know. Coachmen is well respected for quality builds. I like the Coachmen gave you true transparency in the build of a B Van. I would trust a build from them just because of this awesome work all three of you did! Thanks for spending the time and money to put out this interesting interview .
You're welcome James thanks for taking the time to check this out
Great questions, but please try not to interrupt so much or try to finish sentence for the interviewee. It’s hard to understand the interviewee sometimes b/c of this.
Thanks for the very thorough tour. I've watched several of these types of videos but really enjoyed this one. Thanks to the both of you. Thanks Nick for all the tidbits of info. I really like how after showering, you can close the window across the shower, open the doors and have a nice area to dry/towel off. I'm within a year of retiring and the Ford Beyond is looking better and better to me everyday !
So great to see a company (Nick) super responsive to customer ideas and just overall balance to construction and value.....great video taking us behind the scenes and showing the 3 different platforms and variety of layouts and features.
Thanks Hank, Lola and Nick! Great information. Gives folks a lot of confidence in the company.
HI Hank I like how Nick is trying to put the best product out there I don't mind playing a little extra for it after all people tend to keep the RV for a long time and most of them are not handyman they don't want to buy a RV and end up fixing it on the road they should be enjoying driving it on the road and the places they visit not worrying about what items are going to break down next 😮 they should be enjoy the trip not worried about the RV will fall apart on the road 😢 I don't have a coachmen's RV yet but it will my first choice ❤ on the bathroom I have a suggestion most people buying a RV are older people like me 😢 and our knees are getting stiff so it's hard to bend it I know the bathroom needs a high edge to keep the water inside but if he can find a solution to have the lower edge and keep water in 😂 Winnebago's roam I like how it has that big bathroom door and that looks easy for people get in and out 😂 the battery I am glad he is using the company battery and safety is a main issue with the battery I had watched some video of Chinese EV just started to burn because they use the cheapest battery for their EV and people got burned to death because they didn't have any safety standards for the battery and what is so sad are the EV manufacturers denied any wrong doing and blem every thing on the driver's error 😢 just last year The hawei phone company came out with an EV the CEO was bragging how advanced technology their EV has during the press conference few months later a family was in the new EV and it hits a truck on the freeway and ev started to burn all four of them burned into crispy sticks including a four years old boy and his father 😱 people were trying to get them out but the door handles were in recess positions It supposed to Pop out in the emergency but it didn't and people can't get the handle to open the door 😢 so everyone in the EV die the boy's mother complaining on line few hours later on how Huawei EV killed her husband and her son plus her brother 😱😭 basically she lost the whole family 😅😨 later she got contacted by the company lawyers and wanted her to cancel the complaint she won't do that but later her boss called her told her if she doesn't do it she can stay home forever and not go to work 😱 and there are some Chinese want on social media trying to support her but they All got a letter from the lawyers telling them stop spreading the rumors because police have not finished the investigation about the accident 😅 later It comes out with an official statement 😅 It blem the manufacturer for making the chassis and the Bosch for the emergency brake system failures it blem every one except for himself 😂 and now Chinese are trying to export their bombs to the USA and EU for real cheap price I am not going to buy an EV right now even Tesla only because the battery technology is not good for a long distance drive 😅 if I do buy one I would have a Tesla I rather die in a expensive caffeine than a cheap one 😅 I have mentioned it for the banch seat model if the engineer can figure a way for the back not lay flat but flip it to other side so people can face the back door when they are wide open to face a beautiful sun set or a beach full of beautiful women with bikini 😂 with the screen down and I have a good telephoto lenses to take some pictures 😂😜 I just need to leve my wife at home 😂😮 that will take some engineering to get it to work
This is absolutely THE BEST video I’ve seen on these vans! I was totally drawn in. This was the most informative and flat out interesting. I’m definitely subscribing because I’ve really learned a lot. I’ve seen one of these vans and they’re so stinking smooth. Just BOMB!
Thanks Hank and Lola for a great video! It was also great to see you both while at Middlebury!
Hank, Lola, thanks for taking the time to video tape this. Amazing how informative this video is!! I’m on the market for a Class B; I see myself choosing between the Beyond and the Nova (I just wished the Nova had larger windows like the beyond). Again, thank you!
This is a fabulous tour.
Love love love this video. I am in the process of researching and learning about the B’s. I really needed to see this. Reminded me of the details it took to build my house 20 years ago. I learned a lot. Great job in presentation on how it appears when originally delivered then step by step on construction. Please do a video on the lithium battery from Clear Water, Florida
Wow. I saw how long this was going to be and said I'll watch it later. When I started watching it I watched the whole thing. The best information I've seen in a video. Nick Along with Hank and Lola are great. Thank you for making this and many other videos. If I decide to buy a B van it will be a coachman.
They need to build more using Cargo Vans... and add windows where needed! And it would be nice to have opening rear windows as well!
You are so right about taking care of units that are sitting. Keep 'em on pavement, drive them around the block every 2 weeks, cycle the systems if the temp is above freezing. I wish used RV dealers cared enough to do this because it has been my experience that most of them are so lazy they only look at a unit when some has said they want to come down and see it or they put in out for show. They will get ice in them in the winter as well as the little bastards are looking for a place to nest. IF I was dropping 150k+++ I would be gone when I saw the first mouse turd because that means they have been in the unit ... every where... and probably in the walls, engine etc.. NFG. I can't imagine leaving my RV parked in the winter for 6 months either behind the house or at a RV storage. In the spring, you have to first try to start it and then second find a way to get the rodents out. No thank you. I have my RV beside my home and I have traps in it and check them every day. Probably catch 10 mice a winter in a 35' class A. However, if you have traps where they seem to get in (the firewall) then they are dead right away and don't mess around to much. Then every two weeks on a sunny day day I drive it 40 km and if it is above freezing, I will cycle the slides and the leveling jacks. Nothing is guaranteed or perfect, but doing this costs almost nothing and then in the spring I can spend my money camping instead of in the shop.
Another advantage of a Transit chassis and drive train is its serviceability and Ford's service network. If one breaks down in a Mercedes then perhaps, maybe, the next town will have a Mercedes dealer where you can get it serviced. But if the Ford breaks down then most likely for sure the next town will have a Ford dealership that can service the Transit.
Awesome videos Palooza"s, and Coachmen! Very impressed!
Nick Recchio is so impressive, makes me want to put my money down now! My main concern, which he addressed slightly, is what about problems on the road, in out of the way places. I keep hearing that MB is a real issue...waiting a month or more to get into service, let alone getting it fixed. Ugh.
Another great vlog...thanks!
Y’all, this is amazing! Did I hear correctly that they have rentals at the plant??? Or did I wish that into being? Are those for just anyone? I would absolutely love to camp for a few days in one of these before I invest!
Will Hank this is an excellent video on coachmen RV and I think Nick really cares about his products and customers he would listen to suggestions and improve the RV and this video pretty much makes up my mind to get a coachmen RV not because he used quality products and he knows his products from his explanation of products like the cozy wrap the batteries why he chose that brand of battery and that makes me feel better to have lithium batteries in the RV and My biggest worry is will it starts fires by itself 😅
Great video Hank, keep up the good work!
Outstanding video Hank and Lola. We picked up 5 months ago our 2021Coachmen Beyond 22C Li3 AWD 350 HD - and we can’t say enough good things about it. It has exceeded all of our expectations - as delivered by General RV in Orange Park Fl. Nick is a class act and inspires much confidence. Thank you to all 3 of you for sharing so much of your time. MJ
Love your new venture RV videos!
Thanks Kris, we’re having fun!
Thanks Hank and Lola, another great tour Nick. Learned so much from your factory walk thru both on videos and in person Nick, really appreciate your sense of responsibility. Nova is my next move, when the 2023 chassis become available.
Very informative. Loved watching this.
Awesome video! Great interview!!
Thank You Jan 🙏🏽😁
So informative! Excellent video and thank you!
Thanks Dee, Nick is a wealth of knowledge
Great in depth tour!!! We almost make a mistake this week and thanks to you helping us remember how great Coachmen is we've contacted Sunshine State to put our order in! Thanks again and safe travels!
Nicely done Hank, Lola, and most definitely Nick!!!! So looking forward to taking delivery on my Beyond 22C this fall. Keep up the good work Coachmen Class B Division!!
Great video! Great tour! Thanks! And, I am truly impressed with the Coachmen product and I have had motorhomes for 20 years.
Love these kinds of videos!
Thanks Rich, me too
Best in depth video of the Coachman class B great job!
thank you for this video.. now I want a coachman too!
Awesome video. Nick really pays attention to his customers. As for the cabinet handles I love the real handle. Those push button ones are horrible for those of us with hand issues. Thanks for the detailed video!
Hank and Lola! Excellent video! I have mine on order and anxiously waiting! May not get until fall based on the shortages. I also got a tour of the factory in February when I visited. I ordered my 22C AWD Li3 the next day! Keep up the excellent work that you do! 😀👍
Whoa 😮 sweet the Li3’s are awesome so congratulations on that and thanks 🙏🏽 for watching our video
Very extensive video of Coachmen Class Bs factory and builds. Thanks Nick, Lola and Hank. We have a Beyond 24D AWD Li3 on order.
Great video Hank and very informative. It confirms that I made the right decision in going with Coachmen and my Nova RV. It was great getting to meet you and Lola at the campground on Tuesday. I was the guy with the Basenji dog. Hopefully our paths will cross again someday.
Hey Greg, it was really cool running into you at the campground and Lola is a fan of your dog 😄 wish we had more time to chat and yes hopefully we do see each other on the road again soon 👍🏾✌🏾
excellent video. thanks!
Great work Hank & Lola! Lisa and I are awaiting our 22C! Soon come we hope!
Hank - Wow what a difference between the trashy assembly line of Coachmen and the pristine line at PleasureWay. Watch any of the PleasureWay factory tours and you will see a huge difference. Also - Look at the total rats nest of wires at 1:53:53 in your video. Cable management should be done as it is installed!!! To see why...Check out the video: 2021 Coachmen NOVA 20C Li3 - Real Owner Review Part 1.
Otherwise... Great video... Maybe a bit long, but I did watch it all : )
Thank you as this helps me make the decision as to what unit I am going to purchase.
Once I get my Beyond I'll have to make the pilgrimage to Middlebury :-)
You absolutely do 👍🏾
Jan. 26th 2022 Okay Stranger Pelusa I know I need to spell check the name anyway I get it THX! To your in depth videos….You did the same thing with Sunshine State RV guy Nick You & Lola Stay Safe out there Camping USA.🇺🇸
Ordered a Nova 20 RB April 25, 2022 with Fog and Maple interior. Hate the White in a small coach. Three to four month wait. Lazy Days Phoenix. Can’t wait. Even more excited after watching this video. We’ve owned a Lazy Daze Class C and I think the Coachman Class B line is comparable concerning fit and finish.
Great video! Looking forward to getting our Beyond when it gets built 😀 nice to see all that goes into it!
Thank you Joyce, hope you guys get yours soon and enjoy it as much as we do ours 😁
I got the names mixed. Thank you too Hank : )
Great video
Good job on the video
good job i like this video
We have a Beyond RB ordered. So glad they are getting painted bumpers. Would have really liked a power door. I wish they had a layout with a garage space like the Galleria 24a.
Lola and Rick, congratulations on you video. Best one out there!!! You both knew exactly what to ask ; )
I will love to buy one of those Galleria, but too expensive for my pocket at this time. I will try to do a DIY in the Tampa Fl area. Im sure I will have some question to ask you guys. Thank you again for the video
Great informative tour! Made a subscriber out of me, good job Hank & Lola!
Thank you J.R. we learned a lot ourselves
Thank you Hank and Lola for this tour of the Coachmen factory, it is very informative. I saw many class B vans and decided on the Nova, the floor plan and the interior design was what sold me, however what is "under the hood" is concerning. The electrical wiring in the electrical compartment is a mess, it's a spaghetti of unlabeled wires which makes it almost impossible to troubleshoot, this doesn't speak well of the Coachmen quality control. You should pass this on to Nick.
Would like one of these vans with a fiberglass roof extension for either the bed or storage.
Great tour of Coachman. Would like a lift bed option in the campers to increase storage space.
Great coverage. Would have liked to see some focus on the Nova 20C.
Nice
great info
Thanks my friend
Really interesting to see this. Impressive facility.
Always confusing for a moment when someone says they rout wires until I remember that they probably mean that they route the wires.
They rout the panels but route the wires. “Rout” like in “grout”. “Route” like “routine”.
Think the first time I noticed anyone mixing them up must have been mid ‘80s. Now it’s everywhere. 😕
Thumbs up
That's why Dodge wins: wider body, flat floor, a lot more room to put batteries and tanks under the floor, much more fuel efficient, much easier to drive and park, much easier to repair, much better turning radius and so on. It's just a much better rv platform to begin with hands down.
This is in-depth
Tell your guy it rep of the company. He did what he was suppose to do be honest.
I own one you now I own one you you own and we know the troubles and the good.
I like the honesty. I do not own a Van.🤭
Hello hello from Cali🤗🐕🐩🐕🐩🐕
So the floors aren’t covered during construction? Obviously lots of heavy traffic on those solid sheet floors before delivery. Very impressive overall and I think I’m going to be a customer. Thanks Hank!
Great video! Probably the best factory tour video I've seen so far. Did I hear correctly that Nick had a possible way to join the two twin beds in your floorplan?
Coachman, please, please, please...make an optional plan with a compost or cassette toilet for those of who don't want to deal with a black tank,.
Thank you for the information. I want engine, powertrain performance and 5k tow capability at a good price. I don't need power doors, fancy lights, or fancy woods. I want a hardy vehicle that will stand the test of time and use, not pretty for the park. I'm an "older" Gal and still like some stealth as well. As an old school diesel mechanic, I like the dual axle. My only real decision will be Ford vs Dodge chassis. I'm in the pre-purchase mode right now, trying to find what will work for me. I'm retiring in 3 years, but want my Class B now.
You are welcome...there’s a lot of choices out there with the Dodge and a few with Ford and I think more coming online soon, except Fords are harder to get now and Dodge is very readily available
Great Video, very informative.
@Nick Recchio, what is your answer to the Solis 59PX? (the one with pop-top)
God is good!
Do a similar video on the Cross Trail 20XG Extreme!!!
Good tour content. The RB models need a couple lap belts on at least one of the twin beds
24v system would save a lot of money on wiring, especially if you are running AC.
Great video, great information. Thanks for sharing. Could you please check and let's know what the current lead time is for Beyond C22 Li3? Thx.
We test drove the Mercedes B+ and it was excellent. Curious if this is the only one we will find that has a nice ride to it. Total difference betweeen it and one of the Ford C that we drove.
