Never played Xenoblade in my life. Not even a single game. But when I heard the Game Awards Orchestra play Xenoblade 3, I was thinking how tf it didn't win best score & music awards. It was easily the best
Legit though. I'm personally a huge fan of the series. Hearing it in contrast to all the other songs really does highlight just how distinct the musical style is for the series and only made me appreciate it more. This isn't to downplay any of the other soundtracks in any way either. But there aren't too many games that distinguish themselves quite as much as this series does musically. The composers do a great job at crafting an identity for these games.
Plus the fact that the soundtrack's flutes were custom made after the character's flutes in the story. So much love and passion went into it
A Bocchi fan talking about good music. Love you.
I played XC3, GOW Ragnarok and Elden Ring. XC3 has the best OST by far and it is truly sad it did not win in the music category.

I think it's cool that Shulk, Rex and Noah all have their swords on different positions when not in use, Shulk on his back vertically, Rex on his waist horizontally, and Noah has it to his side, in the game's art at least.
That is where he positions it for a lot of the times he draws it, so I would say it counts.
Shulk pulls the Monado like a longsword, Rex pulls the Aegis Sword like a dagger on his back (for some reason), and Noah pulls the World’s End Blade like a Katana.
