No this was such an easy trick, she is wearing a cover on her thumb which has a small pencil lead , whenever u tell the right answer, she will write the correct answers using her thumb (u can see her thumb moving and writing the answers), + she trys reads ur lips and not ur mind
She doesn't have anything in her thumb her talent is God gifted or else she learnt mind reading somewhere

Once she got the answer from her she wrote unknowingly with swami pen nib attached with glue to her thumb, observe her thumb at @ 2:11 writing secretly after knowing the answer
