I think there's a misinterpretation between them. I agree with 95% of what Jesse says.
But I think what he calls common sense from being free from fear and filled with thr spirit, isn't that far off from what our Jewish brother is calling "fear". Courage, after all, is rooted in fear and the overcoming of it.
I think there's a natural animalistic fear, but if you have the Spirit with you, you process that differently and move forward with confidence

I believe jesse believes that the moment you decide to follow Jesus, that you can and will not sin. That all emotions fade away into nothing. A person still needs to build themselves up to a good level with Jesus' help. You don't instantly become a saint. The end goal is what jesse is talking about.
