I love shimmer shadows too. I was never into the matte trend so I'm glad more shimmer pallettes are coming out.
I love this colour story but wanted to wait for reviews to see if it's really as desaturated as it's shown. Sometimes brands are terrible with their lighting. This looks cute though!
It’s definitely pretty desaturated and doesn’t have a lot of depth but their photos were a little bit inaccurate in my opinion

looking at the ingredients, the shades immortal and edward do contain PET (plastic) glitter. Not sure how colourpop is getting away with not labeling that they are not for eye use as they used to be very good about that.

The Colourpop shimmers are perfect for me on work days and my special indie shimmers are for my free time ☺️
I am so intrigued by that green shimmer, it applied well in the first look. I agree about the 2 glittery shimmers, I won’t use those shades because anything with glitter worries me. Kind of happy I didn’t get the chance to order the lip oils now as excited to see the palette when mine arrives.
The non glitter shimmers are okay! I think better looking with a tacky primer or sprayed brush in the very least. I wish they’d amp up some of them shimmers
This colour star is so good. I just wish colour pop went up there shimmer game because it’s super like super 2017.

Oooh I really like the tones of the mattes and always love a supershock (hoping they release supershock shadows if they do other films).
There is definitely glitter in those 'shimmers'. Ones I have tried have give me the creeps because if you swatch and look carefully from the sides the particles raise up like little shards 😳
Outer packaging cracks me up laughing because I have a tapestry with exact same stock image on it - I could do the perfect flatlay with it lol.
Thank you for the inspiration! Also, with those matte shadows with shimmer in it, I started spraying my brush after I pick them up and it was only then that I like them/find them useable.

The site description said it had glitter finishes but weren't specific as to how many or which, as far as I could see. I also hate mattes with sparkles...it's just for it to look good in the pan 😂
💯 facts, nobody is asking for mattes with sparkles in them that blend away and fall onto your face as you’re using them!

I was SO excited for this collection as I've got a fair bit from Colourpop a while back, but the palette is the WORST quality palette I've ever used!! Some shimmers are nice, but those, and the matte shades transferred off of my lid and left blank spots, which has never happened to me before! They also just didnt last and bled off of my (oily) lids! the lip oils also barely last more than half an hour before my lips feel dry again- the only saving grace was the highlighters as they've always been a solid product IMO. Glad I got them as a Twilight fan/collector but absolutely will NOT be buying any more eyeshadows from Colourpop again!

I love the look girl. Just a few things as a review, can you back up the camera a little I felt a little claustrophobic when I watched the video. Your face was super close…. I wanted to see more of your eye look just a little farther away while still being close up and seeing the whole look.

I don’t buy a lot of color pop eyeshadow palettes from color pop because I am very cool toned The majority of their palettes are warm
I would love another go at a BYOP now that you have the actual palette. Hoping we can dupe some of the more unique shades.

I would be ready top buy the palette just for the packaging alone. I am just wondering if it is magnetic and if the packaging is deep enough for standard 26mm pans (I heard that colourpop pans are more shallow than standard).... 🤔
It’s magnetic, 26mm pans but the palette won’t close with regular 26mm pans as they are too tall

I am 42 and just haven’t seen Twilight yet, but I thought this palette was so pretty and it inspired me to finally give the movies a shot. I started the first one and I think I made it about 45 mins before I started getting sleepy (I’ll finish it later), but it’s just so corny even for 2008 standards. Middle school me would’ve been all about it though 😂
What size are the pans in the palette? I can't tell if theyre 26mm or 22mm 🤔
26mm but they’re shallower than most 26mm pans

I forget what cp is calling those glitter shades... Like incandescent shimmers or something? They 100% have glitter in them & idk how they are getting away with being able to mark them as eye safe because if you look at the ingredients it is evident that it's plastic glitter mixed into a shimmer formula! I lovvvve the matte tones in the palette so much but I definitely have them from dlc so I only would've bought this palette for the packaging & I'm not a twilight fan. Plus I'm not supporting cp anyways ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
