A single curve in the home can be found on the steel "magic carpet" walkway, which could only be achieved by sourcing railroad machinery to bend the steel. The aqua blue door was painted by a custom automotive painter to master the perfect coat of color. Everywhere you turn, there is a perfect subtle detail with a story that exemplifies feat in design."

The mansion is great, but what i find even more amazing is how good of a taste the owners have. That's almost my dream house right there, especially with the video games, skateboards and the cars.

This takes over as my #1 favorite home I have seen on these tours so far ... A dream location AND the home is incredible !
What a gorgeous home, I love the owners taste in not only his cars but also his simulator and office setup! Only thing the house is missing is a home theater! I felt that should have been a room at the bottom, but overall loved the attention to detail and the cozy modern aesthetic!
Who needs a home theater when the Rim Trail is nearby? The real Tahoe is about being outside!

Lake tahoe is stunning. I remember driving around the lake and trying to see all the spectacular houses on the lake. Unfortunately you cant see much from the road so this was really cool to see..

What good is that if the drought, caused by hyper active economy is killing millions of trees in the Sierras and puts the engine forest in prosody of another mega fire. Now the mega drought is going to deny these homes any source of water!

Really liked the formed concrete walls and polished concrete floors. I am wheelchair bound and wheelchairs are very hard on carpet. Concrete is perfect. I also really liked the outlets under the counters. Mikey did a great job of showing the cabinet knot details & the floor detail lining up with the lights.

I just want to say to Enes you the best in breakdown the property speck, listening to you is not boring at all.
Setup and dynamics of mansions is an interesting thing to me. In a "normal" house it basically comes down to sq ft, # of beds, and # of baths. Sometimes amount of land can matter too, depending on where you live. I had a 3300 sq ft house 5 bed 4 bath house on an acre that we sold for $700,000. That is 5% of what this house is going for!!!

Agree! That's an extreme example, but I've noticed it being a trend on this channel that nearly every single TV is mounted way too high, mostly above a fireplace of some kind. WHY?! Is this some American thing? TV's should be mounted at eyelevel when sitting, people.

Certainly not ideal, but where else would you put it? The window goes all the way across the room at the perfect eye level. To me, a room with a view like that should emphasize the view-not the TV.
Very tasteful house. Many Brutalist and Bauhaus elements. As a Swiss, this way of building homes that are functional, cozy, solidly built, thought out and embedded in nature makes me feel home in the Swiss Alps.

I’m more 95% love, 5% not..I feel like the master bedroom is a letdown. The guest bed on the 2nd floor is nicer.
The master bedroom TV ruins it and the lack of art on any of the walls in that room. Personally I’d orient the bed to the side wall and have the TV across from it. This would fix the bedroom perfectly without much effort involved!

@@quaylie Totally agree. Really love the house, especially at this location, but yeah don't really like the master too. The windows could have been a lot bigger for the master. It feels like this room does not belong in that building, really strange. Could have been such a great view. Bathroom on the other hand looks amazing again...

I really like how this home embraces the beautiful outdoors with its very minimalist design! I especially love the windows on the first floor! But I am more inclined towards “warm” designs and I wished they would have also used colours like dark green and warm off-whites in addition to the wooden elements to create a design that is more rooted in the beautiful scenery 💚🌲

Original 80's Space Lego and a C64 - Hell yeah! We'll never have the same level of accommodation but we share the same toys.
The house is awesome, but the owner literally has 2 lifts full of Porsches and a Ferrari with a simulator in the gym. Living the dream.
He has a very basic setup and it looks like he must do split screen stuff. Not exactly a simulator

Enes takes me away with the intro to these tours, this is why I say he'd be an actor with ease. My favorite room was the livingroom. The magic carpet was brilliant. I was mostly relaxed while watching this.

I would change the kids bathroom though. I’m not a fan of any of the bathrooms sinks in the house.
I would also extend the awning over the back patio. I think I would also like that patio with a fire pit too.
