How to come up with a Shayne joke:
1. Take a relatively mundane part of life: getting your order taken, going to the doctor, having a fight with your partner, etc.
2. Inject it with an incredible absurdity and base the entire joke around that absurdity
And it works
This is legitimately the Monty Python equation for comedy. And if Shayne traveled back in time to be a member of the crew, he would fit in beautifully.

What separates him from the rest of them is that most of the time he goes in with a clear premise/character and punchline. I suppose the others do that too but, his bits come off more concise and sharp most of the time. They remind me of Family Guy cutaways sometimes. That’s supposed to be a compliment. MVP fr.
