    Even though it looks like he is just throwing weights around , he got a really strong MM connection , so he can feel it where it is supposed to be felt . So as long as it works for him i don't think there's need for bros criticizing his technique ?

    A lot of weak people commenting negatively here. JoJ has taken overload principals, forced reps , partial reps, constant tension reps and build one of the thickest physiques ever.     My gym doesnt have a rear delt machine(or whatever its called) so the pec dec machine for rear delts seem good tho need to give it a try, probably target more on the rhomboids vs rear delts hehe

    Not a fan of the swinging of weights TBH (with all due respect to Johnnie). He is more experienced so he knows how to still concentrate on the muscle, but if a new guy emulates this I think there is a better chance he just does it completely wrong and gets no contraction.

    A lot of hate about how he trains. Everybody has an individual way of training and isn't on a one plan suits all.
    Remember when everyone made jokes about Rich Piana's 8 hour arm workout and feeder workouts. That shit worked especially the feeders for shoulders.
    If you know what you're doing 100% in the gym then it's all good.

      If you think 8 hours of working out your biceps benefited you you're part of the problem lol.
      Sure they'll be hurt because they're not used to being stressed for 8 hours but you're totally nuts if you think that would develop big arms on you.
      It would build more of an aesthetic look if you continued to do 8 fuckin hours of just biceps but doing it once it's useless and a joke.

    American stereotypes! "Destruction workout" ,"Call ambulance", "Joints killer ..." And more stupid things. Nowadays boys are so weak. At his age his attitude and personality is as a grown mature man and its a respect for doing this workout. He lifts heavy. Ronnie lifts heavy, Dan Kolov lifts heavy, Brian show lifts heavy, Eddie Hall lifts heavy and they are men. My opinion is that he lives calmly in Texas and lifting very good weights. Respect from me. Most of the comments here are from skinny guys in pictures but they cant turn on their brain the fact he is much older than them and he lifts heavy and he is muuuch better shape then them. Maaaaybe its not destruction workout he is alive still, he is in a good condition and he got the power.

      @@muscleandstrength Nobody is hating on Johnnie that's good for him, it seems to work in his favor. However, the shoulder muscles are not that big and any wrong move could snap it. And besides, you cannot keep doing those things when you get older such as the mid-50s or 60s. Everyone has their unique ways of doing things so hats off to him.
