The tricycle conversion kit was created by Dream Bike in Brazil at 2005 and after some year of research and development we created the TTS - TRICYCLE TRACTION SYSTEM
TTS is system which provide full traction on booth of the rear wheels of the tricycle , this is necessary because of when you ride and do a curve each wheel need to compensate for a precisely curve , in car industry has a differential and we create on kind of differential based in positive traction .
Basically it is consist by 4 items, the 2 special free wheels manufactured with the quality of a full balls and without clearance, a traction ring designed and injected with nylon and fibers and the traction bushes in 1020 steel, all this system joined in 15mm axles that connect the wheels.
This new system DOES NOT have welding in the ratchet / freewheel, which considerably increases the useful life and provides the possibility of independent exchange of the same, in addition to providing a lighter and loose pedaling.

O KIT TRICICLO - produto criado e patenteado pela Dream Bike há mais 15 anos que já possui TRAÇÃO NAS DUAS RODAS conta com uma inovação inédita, o sistema de tração diferencial "TTS - TRICYCLE TRACTION SYSTEM", capaz de fornecer tração individual as duas rodas traseiras de forma a compensar as curvas como diferencial bi-tracionado.
O TTS é composto por basicamente 4 itens, as 2 rodas livres fabricadas de forma totalmente esferada e sem folga, um anel de tração injetado com nylon e fibras e as buchas de tração em aço 1020, todo esse sistema unido em eixos de 15mm que tracionam as rodas.
Esse novo sistema NÃO possui solda na catraca / roda livre, o que aumenta consideravelmente a vida útil e fornece a possibilidade da troca independente da mesma, além de proporcionar um pedalar mais leve e solto.
