not just co-operative but also thinking himself above and beyond everyone where as film making is a team effort but also in his days he made directors and producers to dance to his tunes and wasted everyone's time and money which sometimes was beyond recovery that many of his films failed and could not make even the investment which we call it break-even. But the first and foremost issue was his arrogance and non-punctuality and unreasonable tantrums.
