Dc embassy Weldone ,I should say that the DC embassy has done wonders.The staff there are very friendly,hardworking and the hospitality there is just an over dose.

We have problems reaching out to the embassy. Phone calls not answered, I registered for NIN but my card has never come out after 1 year.

As a matter of correction, UK passport applications take a maximum of 10 weeks. But even though that's what is on the website, 99% of the time a passport is issued within 2-3 weeks. I don't know about the 6 months he's talking about.
Think about people in southern Sudan too you need to senstize them on how to get passports without going to Uganda

Well, it's a good step in the right direction. But more needs to be done about staff recruitment as they represent the face of the country..customer service is totally zero. Here in London, staff invent their own requirements totally outside the one listed on the embassy website. Totally unacceptable and must stop ✋
