Great video. A good thing I used for leg cramps and overall tiredness during pregnancy was Quinton hypertonic. The ampules are expensive but so worth it! xx

I found with my pregnancy when I felt cramp in my legs coming if I dug my heel in the bed it would stop it from being so bad or completely :)
