I´ll try to open 1 Board Game Cafe in Germany (its still not a very big thing here)
The plan was like 1/5 Retail 1/5 Cafe and 3/5 Play Area.
While listening to your thoughts i felt like smaller Area + start with coffee and some events first and then bring the board game / retail stuff into it could be better.
