I'm 15 years old, a year ago I was a midfielder at Newcastle Academy, I was playing professional football at 14 years old, I was making my family, my friends, my teachers proud, and i broke my leg in a football match. My physio said I was never going to play professional football again. For a few months, I believed him, I was at an all-time low, I was depressed. Until one night I was laying in bed and something clicked, I don't know what it was but something clicked and a beast was born. From that point, I was hungry for football, I never wanted to stop, some days my mum would call me at 9 or 10pm wondering where I was, I was still training. I wanted football more than I wanted food. Football was my food. It's this mindset that got me scouted by another academy. My point is the only thing getting in your way is yourself, don't let your mind be your downfall. All the pain you felt, all the pain you will feel will all lead up to that one point in your life that will make it all worth it. DON'T GIVE UP!

I'm just a 14 year old boy who just wanted to fulfill my dream by playing football,I wanted to become a pro but I don't think this is important.I wanted to help my family,I want them to see me as a professional footballer,but I know i'm not worthy because i'm not the main character here.
Some of my friends laughed at me cause I played so bad and I have this one friend that helped me become good at playing football.Due to this Covid-19 we cannot play football with alot of people so we just had to play 2 to 3 people.
I just hope I can became a professional footballer,insyaallah one day.

I will prove all my friends and my family wrong, i have been to my own training + team training in 9 months now, and all my friends are laughing at me or not taking me serious when i say that i want to be a pro footballer. I come to watch this every couple of weeks. I play CB in my school team and I wasn’t really the best. But the more I watched this, the better I became. Now I play in my school team and we won a school tournament for the first time since 2015.

I've lost my dad to cancer and my mom was very ill and barely came out the hospital.
I lived with my aunt because I couldn't see my mom in the state she's in.
I lost my brother in a car crash and my mom passed away when I was 14 in the end.
I'm now 31 I have 2 kids I own a house I've beaten cancer.
It just shows how you can do absolutely anything if you just try.
So please when life hits you hard you hit it back harder and no matter what still follow your dreams.

To be successful in sports ( Football ⚽) please don't imitate your friends, your friends are very different compared to you. Your friends only training when training is on, you're gonna be training everyday, your friends eat junk food and drink juices, you are gonna be eating the right food and drinking water. You're also gonna have a disciplined mindset and not let any distraction distract you. You're focusing on yourself and working hard everyday. If you do these things I guarantee you you'll be successful, because most successful people have done those things. I know it's gonna be tough, but think how good its gonna be for your future. You will think to yourself 'Wow all that hard-work was worth it look where I am now, getting more than 200k a week' just believe in yourself and stay disciplined and do what i told you to do, you'll make it.

Am 21, and i dont have any big dreams, except to take soccer seriously again. I used to play competitively in elementary school, but when I was just 13, I was hit by a major illness. I recovered at 16, but since then, I've never been enjoying sport competitively. Soccer gives me feelings no other sport can. The feeling of a team around, of scoring, of supporters cheering for you. Just saw this video today while I was in tears😢, been through lots of struggles in this football journey. I joined a 3rd division club this year but sometimes things seem to be fallen apart. I am not the coaches favourite(I barely play in a match) but whenever I am giving a chance I go in and prove myself but he still won’t give me enough playing time. It’s messing with my mental health and making me think like am wasting my time playing football. The most painful thing is that I got scammed by someone I thought was a friend of mine recently. He realised how dedicated I am to football and used that against me by saying he got an agent who can help me with which I struggled to pay the agent fees but finally found out it was all lies and I was taken advantage of 😣😖 I can go so on and on. Everyday seem like a burden to me, I have been in tears for days now because I thought we play football for happiness and to succeed but my story is different, I feel like quitting sometimes but I still don’t want to quit. I just need a hope and motivation or if possible a hug at this moment cause I’m really going through hell. People keep taking advantage of me due to my love for the game
I struggled with anorexia and missed months of soccer and was never quite the same. I kept on saying how I wasn't good enough. How I'm bad. The year after was hell. I play left fullback, and it's like I forgot how to play the position. I couldn't focus. I was barely training out of practice. I couldn't run as fast as I used to. Two years after my anorexia resurfaced and I'm still struggling with it right now. I thought I was done with the sport. But it's my life. I love it. I just need to work. I need to keep eating, train. This video really helped my motivation. I went to practice earlier today and was really bad, compared to the others who haven't even been playing as long as me. I broke down in front of my mom saying how I wasn't good enough. And she suggested that I should take a break from soccer. I was shaken by that. I had already been delayed months of practice, and I had waited so long to get back on the field. I just need to gain back my skills. I need to train as hard as I did two years ago. And I know how to play my position. I did it like a beast before. It's somewhere. I just need to gain it back little by little. I could do this.

I used to play football very passionately on the street with my friends and I was considered a good player I never went to an academy and one day they wanted me .
Once I joined the academy which was a week ago the first day was so rough I wasn't used to this kind of intense training then I thought the second day would be better but it got worse ...I didn't know how to pass correctly I didn't know how to position at all ,when I was playing on the street all I did was dribble do some tricks shoot etc. I was on the verge of giving up I didn't wanna go to the academy its full of kids out of my league
But today now that I have watched this video I'm really pumped and I'm ready to prove everyone wrong I'm ready to go through pain to see success

That is what I am afraid of.Not being able to play the way that soccer should be played.I am only a street player and everyone says I am good but I am scared of making some retarded mistake when playing on a team (I have never played on a soccer team) that will make me well look stupid. This should have more likes, I always wanted to do a backflip but I landed on my neck and kept moving forward to doing it always! I thought I sewed up my life and I saw this in my recommended and i click on it and continued doing my dreams! The I progressed up to my dream from trampoline, to foam pit, to spring board, to flat mats, and then flat floor. This is what my dream was but I never gave up and continued my dreams!

I’ve had ENOUGH of people who play in 4th division laughing at me when I used to be at trials at Manchester United. Passed the first 6 weeks, then got kicked out, because I broke my foot. I cried in motivation and am 100% inspired, who ever made this video , you're the best.
Years later I’m watching this, there are many things I want to do but I’ve lost motivation on boxing and I really want to do it but I just lost my motivation and this helps me a lot . Without motivation it’s honestly hard to do things but I believe that you just have to push through it and yes the journey/process will push you back but you need to get up again because now I’ve realized that crying will not get you anywhere yes it is okay to cry and let it out but you can NOT let it affect you, for those struggling just remember you can do it and don’t give up the more you fight back the closer you’ll be to your dream, to success.
at the end of the day it’s our dreams. If we give up we give up on everything we worked for all the sacrifices we made and I’m not willing to just give up.
This helped me and people say I suck but I put that to success I want to make my family proud of me

Here's a lil story of mine
I'm a 16 yr old Malaysian Chinese Goalkeeper currently still developing, a lot of people in my country didn't believe that Chinese can make it to football only indians and Malays can make it that's why i want to prove everyone wrong that everybody can play.
Being a Goalie seemed easy when your watching people play but when your on the pitch yourself it's a different level, that's something i learnt.
This kind of videos really helps motivate me especially the part "at the end of pain is success, your not gonna die because your feeling pain" It's very motivationing for a Goalkeeper I'm going to listen to these often as nobody motivates me while i motivate them.

I'm hoping to play professional when I'm older no one in my family supports me except my Dad, my step dad hates soccer(futbol) and my mom doesn't care. I've been playing really good this past year and I've been playing for 4 years, I was invited to the Colorado rapids youth league but my mom never would let me go and my Dad said it was too far. My point is that I'm to young right now to play on a better team especially cause I live in America and no one really supports soccer here but one day I'll be on a great team👍😉

My parents just got divorced an it crushed my heart. I was sad for days and weeks. I couldn’t concentrate in school neither on the field i told myself i would become the greatest player ever. And when i was down i looked up to my dreams and i just worked harder, i worked so hard i told myself again and again that my dreams will fulfill if i just work hard all the time off the pitch and on it. Now i’m still working hard trying to become better than i ever can think of. I want to be the greatest player and i really hope o become one.
