Biden's presidency has been rather boring and arguably not lead to much, but there are some significant disasters that took place during the other presidencies that did not happen during his term. For example, half the country literally seceded and a foreign power burned down the nation's capital. Arguably the people who were in office during those events were worse presidents than Biden.
