Hang on... there's a bit more to it, isn't there? I remember watching the original episode and seeing it go off the gangway at the Dover docks. With Ross Kemp still in the back.
Nice review and I'm not sure to why Jeremy had Ross Kemp in the boot perhaps try putting ITV & BBC One's Jenna Coleman since it might satisfy petrolheads from Blackpool Lancashire, Chipping Norton Oxfordshire and Leeds , Yorkshire due to the fact that Jezza is also a die hard Doctor Who fan unlike Hammond who is a Downton Abbey fan which was proven in series 21 who would have used Hugh Bonneville as a cargo in the Boot if he did a review on the Renault Twingo RS 133.
...actually it could have been the docks in France (Calais?), it said "What if I'm late for the ferry back to England?".. for sheer lunacy that was probably the best part of the test. ;)
even when I was young I never understood why people thought (think) that a "firmer suspension" is a good thing?.. That just means the cars chassis was trash
No way in hell that it was Jeremy who went upside down in the tunnel :p But fun video though. Have seen it a few times already though, it's pretty old...
I agree. I live in the US and i still like top gear UK because they just have a better sense of humor. The US version just reminds me of something you'd see on cartoon network....
The money they bring in to the BBC each week is even more "ridiculous". The bottom line and what's important is that they make the best TV program in the world.
Is it green?
"No... It's red."
If I pull this handbrake lever, my girlfriend's clothes will fall off
- 17 year old clarkson
lol
Never abused, first hand, low mileage, owner is an old person
Adult driven
the budget for this show is ridiculous
This is my first car. I kinda loved how bumpy is was to drive. Very fun!
Quite inverse of what the frenchie cars were back in the 80s and 90s!
all cars need to be tested like this in top gear
"if this goes wrong I really am in a world of s**t" - Jeremy Clarkson 2:35
May we have a moment for our fallen Comrade The Good Top Gear.
I feel a little bit bad for the Twingo. Fast-ish hatchbacks have a place in my heart for practicality (hatch) while being fun cars.
as soon as its going upside down all the tunnel wall lights disappear, before AND after that, they're there - it's magic ;)
Poor Twingo
Ahh a good old days of Top Gear
always coming back to this video, so wish we could have got this here in the states.
He needs to test drive more cars like this in the new series, so funny :')
wow that was freaking cool and a real review, well sort of 8)
this is the best ever road test i have ever seen...
finally uploading top gear UK again
Best video ever as expected from topget UK
Actually , it is made in Novo Mesto , Slovenia . It is Renault factory that used to make old R4s for Yugoslavian market .
I just love top gear uk, the best show ever made, and Jeremy it's the best car presenter in the world
I really miss JC and the real Top Gear Crew. And I miss handbrake levers, too. Novelty Items like the electronic handbrake... who needs them anyway?
Hang on... there's a bit more to it, isn't there? I remember watching the original episode and seeing it go off the gangway at the Dover docks. With Ross Kemp still in the back.
Belfast docks, Stena hss
friggin love this show
Woot! Finally Top Gear UK
Top notch motor journalism
...actually it could have been the docks in France (Calais?), it said "What if I'm late for the ferry back to England?".. for sheer lunacy that was probably the best part of the test. ;)
I love the old twingo it's so cute
Funny how on the segment where he goes around, there is no lights, but when we actually see Jeremy driving, there is..
Love this show!

Finally... Top Gear UK
Top gear, an incredible progam.

What tyres did they use on the ice?
I think I met Clarkson when this was filmed, I was young so I can't remember much of it, but he was friendly
Ross Kemp in Cars. BBC's newest and best car show!
BEST ROAD TEST EVER.
What dedication to science!
Where is the rest of it.. The ferry jump was the best bit!!!
Finally back to work....
LIKE
Nailed it .
Renault twingo 133 might compete against a Ford focus ST.
+donte alexander On a tight back road,yes.
You sir; have won me with your points and your grammar. You deserve more than a comment like, but it is all I have.
LOOOOOL HE ACTUALLY DID IT
OH my gawd!
When he hit the anchor I pissed myself laughing 😂
best roadtest evar!:D
That is the most amazing helmet….in the world.
Thats why top gear is the most popular car show!
even when I was young I never understood why people thought (think) that a "firmer suspension" is a good thing?.. That just means the cars chassis was trash
How could I have seen this about 2 years ago?
2:43 lights in the tunnel
2:45 no lights in the tunnel

And finally The uk version !! :D
haha loved this!. one year ago my dream car was a ford mustang. one week ago my audi's engine said goodbye and now now I want a twingo rs
mine didn't have ross kemp in the boot either. well, at least it's lighter that way 133 CUP ftw!
Yes, they cut it short, again.
Note that there wasn't any lights when he went upside down :)
5:33 there playing a bloody game
Fiesta-like testing :P
this is why top gear uk is the best
No way in hell that it was Jeremy who went upside down in the tunnel :p But fun video though. Have seen it a few times already though, it's pretty old...
muy bueno el renol
Yeah, they could have uploaded a Top Gear USA video...
@1:56-2:00 XD Rotfl lmao "awwq eeeww uugghh splashing~_~ "
series 14 was a few years ago.
yes.
how could they cut out the best part :O
Why dont they just show the whole film then?
I love top gear
The best city car :)
the tunnel part was idiotically dangerous.. :O
2:45 Renault Twingo: "Hire me, James Bond!"
First I thought it was Michael Chiklis in the back
Wtf why don't they show the last part where he drives it into the water that's like the best part of the whole film...
BBC does know that they can upload videos longer than 8 minutes??
What? You're not gonna show Jezzer going after the ferry?
i was in disbelieve when i saw this isnt TG USA
Bring this Twingo to Mastermilo82 for some REAL offroad testing!
I agree. I live in the US and i still like top gear UK because they just have a better sense of humor. The US version just reminds me of something you'd see on cartoon network....
Jeremy Clarkson is a legend
google not working?
Actually this was filmed in 2008/2009...
There are many, its just that that Mini isnt one
is it me, or does this video make anyone else want to get one of these?
6:39 today is that day for me haha
I wish I had a new Twingo.
2:44 do a barell roll
is it green?
The most practical review ever.
Throughout the whole thing is that one guy there in the trunk!!!
The crane has a crane on it, CRANECEPTION!!!
Jeremy clarkson isnt driving 2:44 check there are lights in the tunnel...2.45 the lights vanish!! ..BAZINGA!!
@3:24 what the hell?? Where'd he come from??!?! XD HAHAHAHAHA poor Ross.
The money they bring in to the BBC each week is even more "ridiculous".
The bottom line and what's important is that they make the best TV program in the world.
