- I’m getting closer to finishing my full house redecorate!!! What a journey this has been. I am to that point where I don’t want to touch any room that is already been decorated. I have just a few more areas to finish. And this Bonas Room was a hard one. Because I have took so much from this room to put in the other rooms!

Yes, Sue, I think the chair looks much better over there. Cause then you can leave see the stairs. But it looks great. I love the owl, the lamps and the church bench. Everything looks beautiful.❤😂

You could also move your church bench to the back porch and have more living space in the bonus room, I like the stairs the way it is decorated and I like it without anything on the stairs.Looks good. Have a great week!

I love the wall going up to the Bonus room. I think you have done a very good job( as usual) with the Bonus room. I love the idea of using the pulleys as book ends, I would have never thought of that. I too love oil lamps, some of mine were my mothers and grandmothers, but I have bought some too. I have electrified mine and they are timed and on top of my hutch.

I need to work on mine this weekend and as much as I love it when I get it done, sure gives me anxiety thinking of the mess I’ll start with 😂. I did old jugs going up my stairs and really liking it. Yes! The way you moved the furniture around looks so good! Loved that you have the stairs opened, and the quilt and decor on the wall up the stairs is so sweet. You just have the best ideas in using primitives in your decor....I collect pulleys, but never thought about using them as bookends. I love oil lamps too, have them scattered throughout my home also. 😍

Very nice redo. I think it fits so well with the vibe of the rest of the house. I like how you have the furniture and shelving set up. You can easily swamp out smaller items for other things to keep it fresh.

Hi Susan, I really like the bonus room and the way your furniture is placed. You can easily walk around it now. You do have great collections. Ive always wanted one of those old typewriters because for many years typing was a big part of my job and I thought the best part. I would love to see that desk on the wall. It's really cool. The thrifted picture of the cabin -hangs in my living room 44+ years now. My parents had it, took it down and I asked for it. They purchased a lot of signed prints by Wyndburg from Renfro Valley on the way to and back from grandma and grandpa's house in Maryville. They always stopped there. They gave all of us kids a set of 4. I'm the only one that framed and hung mine. I treasure them. I can't read the signature on that print. Can you tell me what it says. To be honest I've always worried when I've seen you put things on your steps up to the bonus room. While I really like what you put on them, in my mind's eye I keep seeing you carrying too many things down and tripping. I guess that comes with having to be careful on my basement steps. You keep plugging away. I'm enjoying watching you work😂😂😂. I'm too tired to do my own. Maybe I should drink Coke!Have a happy Friday, friend!
You've been so inspiring! We had all those sub zero snow storm weather events about 3 weeks ago. Now we are way above normal temps here in the Midwest and I'm just not "feeling" my snowmen decor anymore. So I packed them all away today. Trying to lighten up the ambiance and keeping in mind that Easter is early this year.

Much better..to much takes away from the quality pieces. I love the deer. Not sure of boots( to many) maybe,are they primitive/ country/ wild west.I love the chair there.Its hard as zi look at your beautiful home,I look around at mine& go ugh,,where can I move this,or get rid of some stuff. Your room you did is so cozy,I would probably spent a lot of time up there if I wasn’t sitting on your great porch. The stairway looks nice, with your quilt hanging over the side. Wondered if you had a black cat? I have black cat things also so they caught my eye. I had a booth also..named it The Black Cat Made Me Buy It!❤️

At an Antique shop!!! That one spot was hard to decorate but then I saw the drying rack I said it was perfect.
Very nice,but I was wondering if you get much company or entertain regularly???? Cuz I think you put to much thought into if its right or not .I can't think of anything you need to present a perfectly beautiful home!
