  • Colocasia leaves are abundant in rainy season and it can be transformed in to tongue tickling chutney. When all spices are well balanced the chutney tastes super delicious with hot steamed rice.
    Please Note: The colocasia leaves need bit more tamarind and chillies than normal.

    Ingredients:
    Colocasia leaves - 10 nos.
    Tamarind - lemon sized
    Garlic cloves - 5 to 6 nos.
    Green chillies - 3 nos.
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
    To temper:
    Oil - 2 tsp
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Curry leaves - few
    Red chilly - 1 no.
