I hope you keep it
I have the identical boat down here in Margate Florida. Been sitting on it for 3 years. Hopefully I find time to get to it like you have. You're doing great work man I'm excited
mine was in prety rough shape but nice dry foam. dont look to far ahead just start and keep moving forward.
@@StoneBrokeAdventure Yes I know. I've been watching you since day one. Even when you ran into a couple hiccups
Trust me I'm going to jump on it hopefully this summer.
@@boom4419 a lot of hiccups and plan changes but i just kept moving. im feeling like the hard part is done now and its going to start coming together quick
@@StoneBrokeAdventure That's what I feel the hard part is done for you the paint looks amazing
Awesome! Thanks for showing more of the paint process! Speaking of wood, I went with ipe wood on mine. It’s beautiful mahogany/teak alternative and just needs an oil finish on it. Should last a lifetime.
Looking forward to the next video
looking good!
thank you
@@StoneBrokeAdventurelooks amazing, I’ve been trying so hard to find one, any recommendations on where to find them. I’ve tried Craig’s list. Seems pricing is high and can’t find one for a decent price.
keep looking whalers are not cheep
Loving this series just stumbled across your videos last week but I love the progress and I’m learning a lot I have a 14’ McKee craft that I want to restore and they’re very similar
heck yea thanks for following.
How long between coats?
1 hour …..ish. directions say 45 to 90 min . b if its is past a certain period of time (i believe 24 hrs) you need to sand and re prep
That loos really good.
