Having the AS24's it's hard to make sense of your review since you don't really talk about the switches and their affect on the sound much, in either case of the new or the old AS24s...
Crap IEM from a crap company. Why bother with something from KZ when the market is full of much better and cheaper alternatives?! Who in their right mind spends $100+ for something like AS24 Pro when stuff like Simgot EM6L exist?!

AS16 Pro X has a more even handed approach where the 24 Pro has more bass and more intense treble.

That can be said with many things... Why buy any headphones when tungsten exists? Why buy any iem when prestige Ltd exists.
