Not buying this, the whole robbery across the street was known and widely discussed at the time. This does not change ALL the other facts in this case. Period. Your line of reasoning that because Scott Pederson was a cheater doesn't make him a murderer (true) but.... here comes the double standard .... people who will burgler a house on Christmas Eve might be murderers. Let's use the same standard for both, shall we? Scott told his girlfriend he was a widower and Christmas would be spent alone that year, boo hoo. That's far more evidence that this does make him a murderer than random burglers who are present across the street to steal, not to kill. Finally... if burglers killed Laci, how did Scott Peterson know where they dumped Laci's body and just happened to go fishing at that exact area the day of her disappearance? And took along some home made weights with him but returned without them. So, did the burglars follow him with a boat too and launched out into the water about the same time as he did? Or did they drive around with her in the trunk of their car for a few days and then took her to the water? Pederson's Defense Attorney came up with some other dude did it after another, and another, and another during trial. The Jury didn't buy the b.s., and neither am I. As to the 3 witnesses at the time that the media reported, the times which they saw her did not line up to create a walking path for her that made any sense. None of them spoke to her and none of them was close enough to recognize her, they all merely glanced out of their windows and noticed.... or had their memories jogged by msm coverage.... that they had seen what they believed to be a pregnant woman walking a dog. Some of them had the day wrong, citing not Christmas Eve but a day before. It was also uncovered during LE's investigation that there was another woman who frequently walked her dog in that neighborhood who also had dark hair and was pregnant. (I'll bet the Innocence Project is withholding that information from the public). One woman who claimed it was Laci had poor eyesight, nor could she accurately describe what Laci was last known to have been wearing. Now there are 31 witnesses? Did they file reports at the time but did not get any follow up? Doubtful. False memory syndrome. Totally unreliable. 31 people just happened to see a pregnant woman walking a dog? When did they see this woman, because it is doubtful that this many people saw Laci on the same morning of the same day and not ONE of them was close enough to her to even speak to her. Doubtful that many of them would have recognized her and known it was Laci at the time. I am highly dubious of their memories and recollections 20 years later if they are just now getting around to speaking with the Innocence Project. As far as prosecution withholding this evidence. Nope. Defense had this evidence and THEY introduced it into trial. This does not qualify as "withholding exonerating evidence" because exonerating evidence would be proof that Scott Pederson was some place else when his wife disappeared. Where was he? At the lake, ocean front where he had his boat. That was his alibi. Until his wife's body and that of his unborn child washed up on shore not far from the marina. So. Scott's alibi proved that he WAS with his wife when she was dumped. These are highly specious claims by the Innocence Project which is trying to gin up support for Pederson's release and they are doing a very good job of it. If he gets out based on these accusations, it will be a major injustice. This man needs to be in prison for the rest of his life. He earned it, he deserves it. And the Innocence Project needs to turn its attention to the TRULY wrongfully convicted. There are plenty of them sitting in prison for crimes they did not do. IMO Scott Pederson is not one of them, not based on what you're telling me the Innocence Project says is the "evidence" they are using to try to get him released. OMG. The Court never proved where Scott murdered Laci. There was major evidence of a massive cleanup in the house. The theory is that she was strangled either upright or while he laid on top of her in their bed. Smell of bleach in the air, and wet mop outside the door, laundry in the washing machine, etc. What man undertakes major cleaning while his wife is missing? C'mon. You're doing great with the Bryan Kohberger case. Why are you allowing your common sense to be nullified like this on this case? smh

I am a Widower that say all Cheaters to become Empathy,problem then was he was allmost sended to Dead for Cheating no Evidence witnesse Ignored.

I always felt he was innocent. I think he got scared because he knew they suspected him and felt he had to run.
