I might use sour cream instead of the half&half/cream & corn starch. Or both! (Kinda like stroganoff)
I hope you liked it. That is a great idea to make it more like a stroganoff. I think that would be delicious.
@@mymomlife it was delish! I ended up adding a bit of sour cream but that was mostly b/c our schedule wasn’t quite open when it was ready and it had to sit for a while in the pot so that it needed a bit more ‘liquid.’ Definitely a keeper recipe. Thank you for sharing this mom life!

Thank you for making this it looks really good but unforgettable I not able to make it do to two of the ingredients I can not have.
You could modify it to make it accommodate your diet.
Add bacon lol always gotta add bacon it goes wjth everything 😅
