My Vintage VW Beetle Collection

A short video on my little Vintage Volkswagen Beetle Collection. My 1955 European VW Oval Window Beetle with Semaphore turn signals. My 1958 Beetle Convertible in L41 Black paint with 36hp. My 1966 SeaSand Sunroof all original with 1300cc engine. All of the Beetles have the original 6 Volt electrical systems. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe if you like the video.

Pretty sweet !
I've had my share of bugs over the years. Now I'm down to one . A 68 that I've had for the better part of 30 years. She's been built to go off road to some of my favorite fishing holes here in Alberta.
Now if only I could remember how to put her back together!
What can I say....
I'm getting old !

I learned to drive on an old bug that was sitting in driveway a year before my license. I drove it all through school till one morning I hopped in to go to school and my seat went right threw the floor and I was staring at the middle of steering wheel. Lol. Now at 56 I'm still wishing I had another. You're a lucky man with some beautiful old Beatles.

Very nice! My '64 sunroof is restored and is identical to your '66. Red interior on mine. Stock 40hp. Draws a lot of attention! My first car was a '64 in '75. I had to have another one! Cheers!

Great cars! Your vert is the same color combo as my 56 vert, cant go wrong with black and red! I've got a 55 semaphore car too, theyre neat cars, it was a great year! 👍

For some reason I like the beige one the most! But it always is interesting when I see VW owners talk about Porsche motors in VW chassis’ or Porsche on VW as much money as you spend restoring the VW just get a Porsche

Thanks for watching. Yeah, the Blue 55 does have a VW engine, it just has a few Porsche parts on it including brakes from a 356A. I get what you’re saying, that SeaSand 66 is pretty special to me as I drive it daily and have bonded very much with it. BTW, I did buy a Porsche too 😁. love both Marques equally. Thanks again. 👌
