    Is there any way to get this training set now? I jave some time to get the V21 Trial and wanted to run through this training video, but the link no longer works?

      Hi, Brian, I confirm that the downloading link no longer works on Chrome, but it works on Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. You can still download the link using Google Chrome if you hover the link->Copy Link Address->open a new tab and paste the link in the search bar. The download will start.

    AND I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION, HOW TO LINK THE BRISCA AND TUINMOTION

    Your demonstration looked good, although the vertical alignment looked like it was adjusted just by eye. To be practical it would need to allow precise adjustments to the vertical alignment. Can you therefore input an exact gradient figure for the road surfaces? For example you might not want it steeper than 8% so it would,be good to specify the gradient along its length.Also can you specify a 'best fit' to balance cut/fill and maximum required gradient?

    • @BricsysOfficial
      @BricsysOfficial  Před 3 lety

      1. Currently, you cannot adjust manually the gradients of the vertical alignment in the properties panel.
      2. A "best fit" to balance cut/fill volume is possible in V21. You can find more information in this video (timestamp 49.26 Optimizing cut and fill volumes): czcams.com/video/9slBsZhlFgk/video.html
      This video is more up-to-date for the civil features.

      @@BricsysOfficial Thanks for the reply. It would be good to have the ability adjust the gradients manually. In fact it is probably essential. Perhaps in a future release?

    Hi thanks for the video. I have a question. In the video you don't see the triangles of the TIN surface. How do you see the continuous surface without seeing the triangles every time you hover over the surface?

    • @BricsysOfficial
      @BricsysOfficial  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Hey there, thank you for your question. Are you referring to contour lines colored in blue when cursor hovers the surface in the video? If so, this is a 'Contours' option under TIN visibility properties, available on the Properties panel. Hope this helps!

    Is that able to create the road cross section in BricsCAD V20?

    • @BricsysOfficial
      @BricsysOfficial  Před 3 lety +1

      There is no road cross section tool in BricsCAD. 3d party applications extend current BricsCAD Civil functionality: www.bricsys.com/applications/?category=Civil For example, Civil Site Design: www.bricsys.com/applications/a/?civil-site-design-a622-al1089

    • @BricsysOfficial
      @BricsysOfficial  Před 3 lety

      Hi, could you, please, give me more details what kind of volume you are trying to do? For example, if you are trying to create a pond in a TIN Surface using the Grading command, you can select the created grading, set Boundary property to "ON'' and you can see the fill, cut and net volumes (m3).
