Could you help me in my situation, everything is hacked on the iPhone (Apple ID, apps, but not email, passwords). Technical service tells me it is only with Apple Us, so that they can solve the hacking, but even calls are diverted and I cannot call them, nor have I been able to communicate to Apple or through the website. Could someone give me a hand on what other option I have to be able to solve this in some way and not lose it after only 5 months of having it?
