There are plenty of international schools.
But looking at jobs and availability of Indian communities, I would suggest Den Haag or Almere. There are good international schools in both cities.

When we bought our first house there was no real estate agent from our side. We managed all ourselves.

Thats a very very big question. I can answer it in parts.
Grocery: 500-800 euros
Rent: 1500 euros
Utilities: 300 euros
Kids depend a lot😁
