Does this permanently stiffen the fabric or do you need to starch it again?
Just once. It’s permanent. If you wash the fabric it may go off. I have not tried washing.
Can we use this same starch for velvet fabric also? And Will you be making video tutorials on velvet flower making?
I have never tried this on velvet fabric. So not sure it works.

Glue.
Can i wash the starched clothes normally?
Yes you can wash however, they will get crumbled. You need to iron it again?
Instead of cornflour, can we use Maida!?????
Have not tried that. Try and let me know. But I feel maida would be sticky.
