Kasara Ghat, also known as Thal Ghat, is a mountain pass near Igatpuri in Maharashtra that connects Nashik to Mumbai. Kasara Ghat at a height of 585 meters is surrounded by greenery and natural beauty. The mountain pass lies within the Sahyadri range of the Western Ghats and provides road and rail connectivity from east to west. This place is usually popular among nature lovers and adventurers.
You can enjoy a short trek in the hills and find your way to the nearby waterfalls which are symbols of natural beauty. This fog-shrouded place looks like a piece of heaven brought to earth.
