HOW TO IMPROVE CHANTING ?
1. Keep the cell phone away during the japa. (the world will not drown)
2. PAUSE after the first line and second line of Hare Krishna maha mantra so that the Hare doesn't overlap.
3. Focus on proper PRONUNCIATION. (Don't eat words in between)
4. Focus on 5 / 10 mantras at a time.
5. LISTEN to the holy name.
6. VARY the intensity of chanting (before mind takes you away, you take away the mind)
7. Fake it till you make it. Act enthusiastically. STRUGGLE for Krishna
8. DON'T BE LAZY (Remember DEATH - Today is my last round)
9. Krishna is listening to you. Krishna is dancing on the tongue on the chanter.
10. Chant with PRAYERFUL MOOD (Please pick me up from this ocean of death and place me as one of the atoms at Your lotus feet; please don't let me fall into the material world's trap)
11. PPP - Posture Position Pace
12. Ideal time to chant is Brahma mahurata - early morning time- (sleep early - get up early)
13. READ the Hare Krishna mantra to gain more attention
14. You can use Srila Prabhupad's japa
