16:30 is a great point: Being and Time does not mean (Being) + (Time); that is to say, "and" is not used as a conjunction, or as Johannes put it, as "additive" to inform reader that the book is about two separate "metaphysical" concepts. But rather this "and" is one of the necessary ingredients of an altogether autonomous - or new - concept, like "bread and butter": Bread is one thing, butter is another, yet "breadandbutter" is something completely different than these two.
In this sense, I disagree with Johannes' following interpretation on what Heidegger meant, that we "cannot" think being without time and/or time without being. Heidegger claims that we do, in fact that's exactly what Western tradition have been doing for a long time: isolating these concepts and trying to make sense about them within their own designated boxes. He then invites reader to look at the overall situation with a different way, and offers a new concept: seinundzeit.

people build and move to the suburbs because they flee culture, and human community...and also the wilderness.... a safe box to live in...and then watch screens.
