Fun fact, if you don't want to have a glass block above your beacon for colour, you can also use glass panes, they go inside the beam so you can have a different colour beam without a visible glass block above.
Yeah true
Thx man 👍
wait thats so big brain actually
Lol this was already said in the second top comment
OH THIS Is how my friends are doing this😅
I'd like to think that mobs not crossing rails is an intended feature telling people to stay safe when around real life train rails
Back in 2012 I used to constantly have mobs block my railways and push my minecart backwards. I'm SO happy they changed that!
I'm sorry but Pocket Edition player (sadly) don't get this feature making mobs not crossing rails an unintended feature.

the item frame trick to keep water out doesnt work becuase the item frame is an entity not a full block it worked for him becuase the water was flowing down in to a block that was lower than the surroudning blocks
Or just use custom heads. They aren't mods and work perfectly.
@@Name-jj3id I didn't think it would work. I was confused by that part.

A few months ago in the video, “Seeds that seem Impossible”, you featured a pillager outpost that was very tall. On the same seed, at coordinates: -905, 64, -871, there is a pillager outpost that is in the water, and next to a village. This seed is the crazy outpost seed.

For #24, sneaking allows you to place water on the partial block instead of in it.
I assume it was supposed to be a prank tip, but that’s a good way to whitelist people into a base in my opinion

@@insertgoodname8590 A lot of Skip the Tutorial's lists are on pranking friends in multiplayer so he's probably used to that being a focus in his videos
I meant to the Tumblr part
@@insertgoodname8590 the gist is that a bar installs a deliberately squeaky wood panel and tells the patrons that the first drink's price goes up by X amount if they step on it. That way only new patrons step on it and it actually alerts everyone that they're new just like in the movies

The reason mobs are coded to not pathfind over rails is to keep them from messing up any sort of minecart system
Nope
It's because they consider it a full block, that's also why they don't cross end rods and do cross trap doors they would fall through
@@GargoyleHunter they consider it a full block because mobs used to walk on rails and mess up minecart systems. people complained so mojang fixed it

0:37 *I hate these type of people saying we're always doing something wrong.*
ik and his method dosen't even work as well as item frames are an entity not a block so the water wouldn't stop flowing. EDIT: oh and it only worked for him as the water was already flowing.
The rail one is very useful. If you're making a base in a mineshaft, you don't need to use fences and you can just use the rails.
3:25 are we not going to mention how he spelt Lego 😭
Maybe he never intended to spell Lego in the first place
I watched this video before and noticed and I saw the comments and thought no one else noticed
Lago is a real city not misspell Mr.americam
also the thing with glass in the reaver can be used in a ravine to(with like 2 layers of glass) to make it look foggier and better
3:55 wait, it’s stone now, not cobblestone? This means you could easier build smooth stone structures early game before you get lots of cobblestone
it depends (and always was stone, at least in the recent past): standing lava and standing or flowing water makes obsidian. flowing lava and standing water makes cleanstone. flowing lava and flowing water makes cobblestone.
For the bird nest, you can make it more convincing if you put the nest on a waterlogged slab/stair because it keeps it's color. (it works best with the yellow variant)
For #3, I have done that before, but I use glow lichen. It is much more decorative and makes a great match with any underground base!

Item frames for the bubble column... That is an awesome tip!
3:50 if u put moss on the stone and bonemeal'd it u could essentially turn and ocean biome into a plains
2:30 i used to do this on my switch, nostalgic to see it back!! you can also use item frames or signs to look like a shield but thats more of an imagination thing :> (legacy console minecraft)
The fire thing is so simple and useful I can't believe I never thought about it

Fun fact, using fences and a carpet, you can make a gateway that looks like it's a laser gateway using beacons below it, but the real blocking mechanic will be the gate under the carpet.

3:56 this could come in handy if you were building a city and you ran out of land
3:25 When you lag so hard that you spell Lego as Lago
you manage to bring new insights into every topic, amazing!
Also (at least on bedrock) when you try to mlg water onto a leaf block, the leaf block fills with water and you hit the top of it, taking full damage. Pretty simple, and cool. Arguably easier to get and place down than inverted slabs. Would love to see this as a trap in a manhunt 😀
Do you mean a dripleaf block?
@@FyreMoon1 no, you can waterlog leaves on bedrock
@@FyreMoon1 no. Just an oak (or other tree) leaf block.
That's why I use powdered snow for my MLG
Manhunts are done on Java, not Bedrock. However, you can do the waterlogged mlg trap in Java using half-slabs
For the banner and button secret, I used that before I saw this video. Lol. But with experience, to make an arcade mini game like I did when it comes to command blocks, it’s recommended, and works in bedrock.
Ok, the drowned squad riding chickens got me
4:07 Bedrock players: "I don't have such weaknesses."
5:47 try this in bedrock 💀
@Whistle_gamz only works on Java, bedrock they don't go to water when on fire.
@@AnekoGT that's exactly what he said tho
2:11 “YOU BUILT AUSCHWITZ ON MY MINECRAFT SERVER!”
Instead of end rods, carpet on string works just as good. We can walk over it, but mobs see a hole in its pathfinder
Fun fact in school or workplace builds for your cafeteria if you used waxed copper (oxidized) and half oxidized it can make the floor look unclean and messy
The shattered glass is a great idea!
we all love minecraft!!!
The glass in the river idea is also one that’s cool for other areas. Like….. a cave area with green gassy like pits. Or well… anywhere. Because multiple stained glass blocks looks really nice on top of each other
#25 used to be opposite, but then developers noticed mobs staying in the way and breaking systems

Note: The item frame thing only works in Pocket Edition, where item frames are blocks rather than entities.
bedrock, but yeah
@@magica3526 same thing
Actually pocket edition is no longer known as "pocket edition", because now all but one device download makes it bedrock edition, not pocket
@@aliceinwonderbruh6433 it's called pocket edition because you turn pocket degrees and walk away
@@aliceinwonderbruh6433 exactly. pocket edition is a different version, in the same way legacy console is. It's the version that bedrock came from

I just found ur channel and ur amazing ! also WHO SAID NO ONE CARE ABOUT MINECAFT ! LETS SHOW THEM WHATMINECRAFT GOT !
*0:26* Correction: Grian actually discovered this trick, back when he made his little barge shop in the early episodes Hermitcraft season VII,
he was not the first to discover it
wasn't the first
Who was the first?
Number 5 hits home. Downloaded a "Better villages" datapack. Architecture was amazing, but there wasn't a single building that didn't have at least one barrel in the build. So naturally the fisherman-to-all-other-villager ratio was obscenely high.
Keep up the good skip tutorial
3:51 This is how you create stone without making the lava itself cobblestone because the water reacts to the lava itself faster than making the lava cobblestone
for the water elevator instead of map art you can use invisible item frame command or texture pack
6:18 someone could also simply place the water on the pillar you were falling from or any walls, but that could be solved by using stairs instead which can also be waterlogged.
That item frame trick in the beginning does not work if you try to make it into a bubble elevator. If it wasn't supposed to be a bubble elevator and instead just be swimmable water, then the item frames don't do ANYTHING, they're entities, they don't affect the way that the water moves. May as well not have them.
I think it's a Bedrock thing, as armour stands and item frames act differently in that version
@@dhi_holo then why did he use java footage!? (Also if you do have bedrock could you test it there?)
your vids just like a minute and likes are so many. keep it up ☺️
I totally loved this, all of it
0:45 Item frames don't stop water from spreading. This water elevator does not use bubble columns, it's literally just a water elevator, and it only has sources between the glass.
I really love you're content so keep on going 😁😁
you commented after a minute this video was posted, and youre saying that his contents are good, not all and everytime, its obvious that you dont even watch the whole video, you just wanted attention from skip.
Woah these are also nice design tips!
Thanks so much!
Thanks for the awesome ideas
The rail trick won’t work if the monsters push each other over the rails
So if mobs can't walk through Endrods or Rails, would placing Endrods in front of Rails prevent them from pushing through?
It would most likely cause the pushed mob to get stuck on the rail, as it now thinks it is inside a block. Or the mob would realize it can move and keep walking, depending on which version you are on. (The newer version has them continue walking I believe)
you can also use ivisible item frames and debug stick to make the nest better. :)
I miss you so much, and Ramadan Kareem, and you're creative keep going✨✨✨✨✨..
Sender: your brother (Baraa) from Palestine

You can also make water elevators enterable form all sides using glass panes.
i do that all the time
its cheaper
Hi! Great content, Keep it up!
Tip 17 retitled: Use slime block to mug or just use the bucked to mug, it's way easier in my opinion, since the wall could be curved and lend you fall damage or death.
4:20 I'll just stick to water, thank you.
In bedrock edition a sword can hit 1 target at a time while in java you can hit up to an infinite amount
Yea. That's because of the combat update.
