I found it quite funny Raian Tried to "alan wu" Jack in the middle of the fight 🤣🤣
The film timeline came before that advent when he ripped Alan Wu apart, he will have done the same to Jack if he was as strong as he was in Kengan Omega.

Honestly they did the fight with jack and Rain dirty, they established many times that Raian is stronger, but the fact that they took the scene from baki the grappler s2 and gave it as an ability to jack was kinda dumb. Jack ain't a pokemon to have such an abilit or technique.
Yeah, overdosing and throwing up half his body mass is not an ability of his lol
@@Kalhov_YT I know, well the only thing it did was to remove some of his defense but heavily increase his speed. Though they overemphasized that in this movie Raian was stronger than jack.
I gave them a pass with Jack losing because of the state he was in. Timeline wise, this is the Jack who just lost to Pickle and isn’t fully recovered. The scarring around his mouth would prove so. It’s easier that way to see why Raian was stronger during this matchup.
I think Jack puking was to show he was near his limit at the time. Not a big fan of it either honestly. It was pretty goofy to watch.

The animation was so goofy lmao. Especially for Kengan. I would have much preferred Kengan with the dumbbell girls since they’re in the same universe. Baki-verse is just on another level of impossible.
I thought it was good. It tests the water of merging the two universes. It leaves tons of room for more story to follow. Loved the Ohma and Baki fight.

It was pure fan service and i have enjoyed every minute of that. Maybe baki verse is more overpowered, BUT remember if the writers want Cosmo for example to defeat all characters it will happen so be happy we got this. We need a few seasons not just one movie!!!! Let.s goooooo!!!
I’m watching it right now. It was really interesting seeing the drawing of the Kengan characters in the Baki style, but they completely marred it with the Baki animation style regarding the fights. They were the classic over the top Baki bullshit where it doesn’t feel like any damage actually matters and there’s no real style in the fighting. It’s like a bad kids anime in terms of the action, but made hyper violent. And even the violence is meh when none of it seems to cause anyone pain. They did a great job of conveying pain and damage and animating fighting in Kengan. In Baki? No. Their fight scenes suck. Wish this movie had been in the Kengan animation style.

First of all Jack was already weakened from the fight against Pickle and the event take Place after pickle's ark, so before that jack fought against Nomi (when he start using tactic against the oponent)
Raian However was from Kengan Omega (when he rip in half a dude)
Also it wasn't an humiliation for Jack
Raian was DECLARED the winner, but jack bite off anlot of flesh from him and he was still able to fight
They're not from Omega, theyre from Ashura, as the title says. Him using the move he used against Alan is more of an easter egg for Omega fans. But it clearly wasnt current Hobo Raian cuz he wasnt using his Connector techniques.

I literally just watched the movie. Let me make this clear; I haven't watch Kengan Ashura. I want to. It's on "My List" on Netflix but I haven't had the time to watch it. I have watched some Baki but not all of it. I stopped watching halfway through the Pickle arc and that's because it got boring. Having said that, I was hoping for more when I saw Netflix advertising the movie. Considering I was familiar with one universe and wanted to watch the other, I figured it would have been fun. However, it left a lot to be desired. Including nearly all the characters from both universes started out fun but when I realized they didn't know what to do with them, I got bored. Why bring in Pickle for no damn reason? Why have Yuujiro Hanma and the other old guy interrupt the final fight? Even the training "montages" last a few seconds. Honestly, I think it would have been better to make it a series and dedicate an episode to each fight so as to have more than 3 fights because I was looking forward to seeing Sea King Retsu, Doppo Orochi, Biscuit Oliva, and even Pickle fight.

Felt like Netflix greenlit a fanfic. It wasn't terrible but it was kinda cheap. Figured the ending would go the way it did
Verse equalization so the story would be fun...my only problem is only Shen should have been on Yujirou's level not Kuroki. They could have had kuroki rival musashi or something

So kuroki is almost on Yujiro’s level n Shen is much stronger than Yujiro…Ohma in advance is equal to demon back Baki as both of them worn tire each other out…Kure Rian didn’t even use a single kure technique 😂😂😂so he sees jack as jst a fun toy not to use his technique ..imagine if Edward steps in..would beat Riain and Pickle n everyone …cos Riain got absolutely destroyed in omega along with two clan leaders n the elites of kures all defeated by Edward ..beforenolot armour killed him. Baki after pickle arc n high fight with his dad arc is very far ahead ..n they used nerfed Kengan characters from Asura ..not even omega 😂😂😂

I liked it; the crossover was pretty good. It had a nice introduction with a nice theme, good animation, good plot, and most of all epic fights.
Did we get like a Face-Off between the The Connector, Shen Wu Long and Yujiro?

Baki characters were always going to be nerfed. The fights however are quite fun imo. I wish it was longer. It would be nice to see exactly how Ohma and Baki countered each other's techniques. Jack vs Raian was hype AF tho.
Also why Saw Piang? I mean Waka vs Hanamaya would have been perfect. Superhuman syndrome vs the guy who never trains. I mean the story writes itself you know...
Also seeing Kuroki and Yujiro being implied as equals makes me giggle cos of what happens and who we see in Omega haha. Still, in the context of the movie, I think it was super fun!
Kengan characters were also only from Ashura. Their Omega versions, especially now, are significantly more powerful.
