Hey could have looped some songs to get it to 22 minutes. Normally just looping a song to add time is considered lazy, but it would have worked perfectly in this case.

I beat the game a year ago, and I just don't get that same feeling whenever I listen to the ost as I did when I first let that credits theme wash over me. And in all the covers of this game I've heard before, this comes the closest to giving me that same feeling again. I sincerely thank you, this is a true work of art.

I don't know how, but this game changed me. Outer wilds is honestly the BEST game i have ever played, beating out anything i have ever seen. The gameplay is unique and super fun, and it is at the perfect level of tediousness where you can get so good at it you almost forget your first crash. The story is perfectly done, and really steps into existentialism, and the way it is told is perfect. And of course, the thing we all came to this video for, the music. The music in Outer Wilds is the best i have ever seen in my life from any game. I have never seen a grown man cry to just music, with no context or knowledge about when it plays, but then it happened (marcomeatball's reaction to 14.3 billion years). This fandom and community is small, but very fun and genuine. All these characters from the game are in my memories forever, after all, they were my friends at the end of the universe.
Outer wilds. The game that isn’t heard enough. The game about one hearthian, destined to save the universe and the rest of all life. Destined to die repeatedly until he unlocks the secrets of the universe. The game about the hearthians who explored the solar system to their heart’s content. The game about a species of innocent and caring travellers who care. Who care about their surroundings and the life in it. About the last nomai alive, doomed to sit on a teleporting rock for all of eternity, all shown in one song. I love this game. And will never stop. EDIT: oh my got you are such an underrated CZcamsr. you this masterpiece sits beside its original counterparts. I hope your channel gets the love and respect it deserves

I expected this to be basically just the notes from the original copied to piano. And I got this. I'm only 1/3 into the video while writing this, and it's SO much better. The harmonies and slight changes sound so good. ALSO - you included reprise in this. Aside from the original reprise I haven't seen any other arrangements or remixes of this. Now I'm going to listen to the rest of this beautiful arrangement.

I've heard a lot of covers of Outer Wilds' OST, now. Some of them are epic, some of them are sad, some of them are... intense. But yours feels... "sincere". I don't know if it makes sense as an adjective for a music, but your cover does not sound like a reprise of Outer Wilds OST. It sounds like how us as people hear and experience it. It lays bare what the game hides with the music and shows through the gameplay. I'm sorry if I am not making sense, but I can hardly put into words the feelings it brings. This honesty, this simplicity, this... memories. I think it is a good representation of my memories of the game if translated into sound. The DAW is FL Studio. Most of the vsts are Spitfire Audio Lab’s free piano soundfont and the piano soundfonts already provided in FL Studio.

This cover is just wonderful. I know you won't be posting sheet music, but I'm trying to learn it and going by ear is quite difficult, so if it wouldn't be too much of a hassle could you post something like a midi file to makes things easier?
I’ll see if I can learn how to convert these into midi’s and feed them through a visualizer.

Edit: Screw it, I have all summer to learn how to write guitar tabs, got to start somewhere. Ima try and do it myself. I have no idea how to do it but ill try my best and try to make it sound like your version.
