If you got optifine watch the video again and follow each step; if you don't have optifine, that is fine. I'll try to explain it to you. First, go to this link optifine.net/downloads and download the version that matches the version of Minecraft you play. Then launch the Minecraft launcher, and you should see it there. If you don't see it, wait for my video on it to come out.
