It's 15 minutes to midnight, you missed lunch and dinner, and he appears like an angel in a kei truck
I would take two at a time
watching how the Ramen Master treats his customers (adult & kids) is so heart warming
I felt like he's an uncle or grandpa to every kid in that town
Totally agreed
@Sky Man Proper ramen broth takes upwards of 12 hours or more to prepare. Sit your ethnocentric ass down.
@Sky Man dont compare “instant” ramen with this “masterpiece” ramen pls
@Sky Man it’s all about the broth mate.
@Sky Man are you sure you aren't the lazy one by buying the instant ramen? Please keep you mouth shut if you know nothing about this cuisine.
"i cant make large serving cause i dont have large bowl, u can bring ur large bowl from home"
that words touch my heart my stomach
And that boy went back home to get his large bowl. This master is their special grandpa
I always imagine being able to eat ramen in the middle of the night like this video. a cold night and a bowl of freshly cooked hot ramen, man, what could be better than that? 🤤
Nothing that I can think of now :)
and a hot girl with beer
Piece of carrot and going to bed. Healthy af
I always love to tell this story: Cup noodle went famous precisely because of this during a kidnapping incident that was on air across major Japan TV stations. Back in the 1970s, some extreme factions in Japanese communist party, the Japanese Red Army kiddnapped some hostages and held out inside Asama Mansion on a mountain. It was feburary and the mountain was rather remote so the police people who were in confrontation with the kiddnappers couldn't have hot food, so they brought newly launched cup noodle from Nissin, and ate it during the cold nights. The situation was broadcasted by all major TV stations, and cup noodle's sale bloomed for the first time in history
Beer and skewers can be better, but ramen is great too.
At least your dad enjoy his food with the smile. dont be sad, your dad will be worry about you above the clouds.
🇯🇵 Japan is so very safe and respectful of it's citizens. I have utmost respect for this society as a whole. Truly a very good social model which all countries should adopt. 🙏❤&✌
I agree with the kid, We should all eat more ramen. Especially from that gentleman.

What a resourceful person, and creative. This man is a survivor. And it looks so delicious! Oh, and he is a kind person. He said " let's give more to the young boy, not less than his older brother"
Kids in Japan are so well-mannered. No wonder they're one of the best countries out there.
This is truly someone who loves his work. Wonderful video as always Mogumogu... Thank you for taking time to document these wonderful moments in Japan ♥
when that little girl returned the tray said thank you...i just smile, such sincerity
This will be one of the best childhood memories for those children.
Yes indeed 😍
That old dude with a white Van who gave them free candy 😍
If I lived in Japan, this would definitely be my late night drunken meal of choice haha

same, after a couple of beers this ramen will be decent meal.
I would Switch Döner and this ramen every time
Awwww, I like how he gives out candy to the kids too. So sweet.
Somehow gotta gain their trust before you pick them up with your Van
I miss Japan so much 😭 my family and I had such an amazing time living in Japan. But the time went by so fast.
I love hearing all those voices just enjoying themselves young and old having a great time with a great bowl of hot ramen
The best part is how he takes delivery to the next level. Literally goes and opens his shop where the customer agrees to meet and makes the food there for them.
It's no wonder why he was rushing and working so quickly literally moving from. One to the the other.
I liked how he joked with the other customers sayIng I thought you run after my stall or can you eat a large bowl (ok this one might be semi joke joke but still)
You can tell how happy they were getting that bowl from conversation in the background. He'll the girl didn't feel comfortable to be on camera yet she still decided I'll get that ramen no matter what (the one who said she had no make up).
You can tell they are teaching kids discipline at a very early age. Full of smiles, says thank you, returns the tray to the chef and says thank you. I'm glad my parents taught me manners when I was young though I ended up having some telling me I'm too polite sometimes lol

It's always a pleasure to see a master at hand preparing your hot meal under lights at night.
Yes!! I am very grateful that the master cooperated with the shooting. He was a very nice person 😊
I love this video so much. I love how they appreciated each others.

Hello from Washington, D.C. USA This looks so good and tasty! I love this concept of a roaming RAMEN truck rather than an Ice truck we have in our neighborhood. Thanks for the great video!
These videos genuinely make me happy.
Looks delicious, and the master has very good relationships with his customers 👍👍 I definitely would buy his ramen every night
Another great video - Thank You !
Its just lovely watching those interaction 🌼 they so relax the children is well manners too its so cute ❤️
No thoughts, just *ramen supremacy* bro 😩✊🏼 my inner Kushina has been summoned and is very happy now to see ramen being enjoyed by both kids and adults 😌✨
Man, that looks so good. That's one of the things I miss most about Japan, the street food.
I love this kind of video... Philippines is not safe to do this kind of job, specially at night time, not safe.
Depends on the location really. And it can be safe if you're known by the community you're doing your business at.

Pft. I've in the nightshift since '04. Ate amd lived in all the "dangerous" places in the Metro. Nothing ever happened.
The "dangerous" parts of Metro Manila are dangerous only if you appear soft and weak. But if you look MANLY and cannot be messed with, the criminals will leave you alone.
Also if you look as poor as they are lol.
That women : i'm a beautiful women i want enter to your video .LOL
Lmao
I'm expecting a young Harrison Ford to drop by and order noodles and he will be fetched by a cop in a flying car.
This is so awesome! Fresh ramen straight to your door!
He’s a kind old man. So touched by his love for children. 👏

Its funny how ive seens ice cream trucks and to see they have that but with ramen, kinda makes me jealous

Me starving too. Really wish he was here in my neighborhood though.
All that pent up energy of being stuck at home those poor kids are bouncing off the walls lol. What a kind man. A real lifesaver during lockdown

serves ramen from a truck....still takes the time to gently fold noodles in the broth, artfully arranges the meat slices, puts egg just so and tops with a pretty naruto. Takes so much care and puts in so much pride and is SO kind to his customers. I would eat anything this man made!
I had a chance to try it sometime.
Much respect… I love this idea!
Hello from sri lanka 🇱🇰,japaneese people are always great. This man also generous and kind ❤️🎌 .

Beautiful japanese food.

I am always wowed by the Japanese generous helpings of toppings on their ramen noodle bowls, throughout Japan. In Hawaii, when I was a child growing up there, saimin noodle food establishments were still plentiful. These were usually small, hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop eateries. But you would never see such a large amount of toppings like slices of pork, a half egg, ample sliced green onions, et al. In Hawaii decades ago, one of these, mom-and-pop saimin noodle bowls would typically include scant toppings that were there mostly as visual garnishing. There would be chopped slivers of Chinese char siu sweet pork, chopped slivers of spam, chopped slivers of Japanese fish kamaboko, chopped slivers of cooked egg, and a small, teaspoon amount of chopped green onions. I say, chopped slivers frequently because that was how it usually was. Your bowl of curly wheat saimin noodles in broth would not contain whole slices of pork or spam. Hawaii mom-and-pop saimin noodle eateries could not afford to be so generous.
Japanese ramen noodle eateries and itinerant food stalls and trucks is supposed to be a Japanese tradition dating back to around 1985. But saimin noodle mom-and-pop local eateries in Hawaii date back to the plantation era of Hawaii in the early 1900s. Typically one would see Japanese people running these local saimin noodle eateries so you assumed saimin noodles was totally a Japanese thing. Saimin noodle local eateries in Hawaii reached their peak just before the mid-20th century and remained popular going into the 1960s when the decline started. People who ran the mom-and-pop saimin noodle eateries retired; their children having gone on to higher education and subsequent careers. Property values increased and many of these places closed and were torn down for residential and business properties. By the late 1970s, saimin noodles remained as popular in Hawaii as ever, but the widespread of local saimin noodle eateries had greatly decreased and was but a shadow of its former self.
The ramen looks delicious!!!

i really love to go to Japan and eat delicious ramen like this 🤤🤤🤤
I love it!! Saludos desde argentina
Does the master earns money this way? It feels like he's selling ramen just for fun 🙂
Yeah!! He was selling ramen really happily.
What I figured about Japan when I lived there was, it’s all about service and reputation. Money will come if they can provide good service and have respect for their food/product.
@@The_power22 yeah, this is how you would achieve a sustainable business; core values must always go first, not the income.
@@Benzerman2007 absolutely! Your business may have highs and lows on income, but you'll never lose the hearts of loyal customers who love the way you run your business.
raining day hungry and tired at night ... saw any ramen truck approach it and have a peaceful heartwarming simple bowl of ramen by the street ... this is the life i appreciate because not many countries can have this experience
Oh wow I wish we had a ramen van instead of a ice cream van 😋
Belle vidéo, cela ma fais beaucoup rire. 😂👍 Merci
This was really heartwarming
Wow, that’s a really cool mobile restaurant. Perfect for this time of lockdown. I like the little KitKat bars he gives out to the kids. What an absolute gent!
