Here's my additional tip . For those who need dishwash detergents, use them in moderation. And finally, SCRUB OUT the detergents with baking/cooking soda. Then, final rinse.
Ditto, for hand wash . Just use water + cooking soda .
Pls share, if anyone knows, whether Boroplus Ice powder (for body use only, not for face) which has ayurvedic formulation, is better than the usual talcs. Ingredients listed seem ok.

Everytime , Everytime I watch your video, I start loving and respecting my mom even more. She didn't study after 10th. Got married at 22. I always used to ask her to pack my school lunch in aluminium foil because all my classmates used to do it and it looked fancy. Ofcourse she didn't. Instead she used to wrap my paratha in a cloth and my friends used to say 'X' has brought food in a Hanky. I used to get pissed. Now I really really respect her more. No room fresheners in our home, no floor cleaners, no talcum powder, no aluminum foil... How could she gain so much intellect is beyond me. ☺️

Yes I cannot find alternatives for most products and even if I did they are way expensive for daily use like dishwash soaps and liquids.
Food wrapping- Parchment paper from Oddy, Madhu beeswax wrap which is expensive.
Floor cleaner- Strategi, Tiny steps
Powder- Mamaearth and Moms co. Arrowroot powder and cornstarch work as well by adding a few drops of essential oils.
Dishwash- Patanjali, Strategi and Tiny steps.
Room Freshner- Essential oils, Incense, Strategi and AirRoma.
Sanitizer- Strategi, Juicy chemistry. I use hand wash instead of hand sanitizer when I have to use public washrooms.

For me any soap and detergents are allergic. So I never use hand sanitizer and majority detergents and soaps. I use only old soaps like Mysore sandal. Whenever I touch anything I wear gloves. Thanks a lot for the information I felt bad about my hand dry skin. I spent a lot for my dry hand issue. Thanks a lot now I am happy.
The dish wash alternative which u showed is also filled with chemicals.. it's best to use lemon tamarind soapnut reetha concentration made at home ... with salt vinegar.. works wonders for multipurpose use

Dear fit tuber, have you tried wrapping food with banana leaves to bring school and working place?? Please try that also, it will give you fantastic experience. In Sri Lanka we use it, and we use the base part arecanut leaves which is called "kolapatha" in Sinhalese

I rarely use hand sanitizer I knew that it also kills the good bacteria. I use incense to make my place smell good. I will change my dish soap

I'm writing to thank you for being such a eye opener, it's almost been 6 months I've started taking the lifestyle hacks what you have suggested and shown in your video's from drinking in glass bottle to eating in stainless steel, from choosing right face wash to choosing right shampoo.
I've not just gotten rid of my nodular acne issue but also am feeling more energetic for work. Just to brief you I live in Mumbai and your small hacks have just saved my health to a long term damage.

Please add Dettol to the list.A neem based floor cleaner can be used,room freshener to be avoided as It gives cold and cough,hand sanitizers were compelled and we used it,it gives cracks in the skin. I use floor cleaner made of citrus peel,jaggery a little yeast and water

Well, here in the US I've heard "mother nature" don't know if people say "mother earth".
I thought I'd share a bit of information so you can see how far the "dirt" phobia is here in the US with some people. Many years ago I had an aunt who was helping my cousin look after (practically raised) her 4 small children. So, even though my aunt had a big, spacious, backyard with trees and grass, she did not allow the kids to go outside and play. Her reasoning was that the soil layer on the backyard was dirty and full of "lice". God forbid dirt and lice get on her grandkids. LOL😄
Consequently, she kept the kids inside her house all the time. They could play inside but not outside. Those kids are grown up adults now and it's interesting that they suffer from bad allergies and asthma. I wonder if their immune system got affected by not being exposed to the outside world as children?

Going fwd I sill use Sabeena Patanjali dishwash or tamarind lemon solution /Patanjali Gonyle/ Arrowroot powder for face/ muslin cloth/ . Already using Nimyle floor cleaner
But Dettol I may continue to use perhaps ...

Wow, this is truly eye opening for EVERYONE. I'm American, and it's common to use similar products here. I never thought of it this way. I'm going to look into alternatives here. I already never really use aluminum foil, because you're right...it's terrible. I use parchment paper, if I need to use something.
