On a budget concern Tip
om...another great vegan vlog...I'm not a fan of fake / a.k.a. Impossible burgers but appreciate that one spot that made the effort to create their own!... I've never heard of the Yo egg - I'm sure it's a matter of time until we (Canada) get going on this one lol!

I don’t eat out at a lot of raw vegan restaurants mostly because I like hot food lol but there is one in LA that I do like and I have already reached out to them .. I still think what I showed is healthy

The options at Flore in my opinion are pretty high on the healthy side in my opinion and same with Wild Chive..just because they look like their unhealthy counter parts doesn't mean they're unhealthy. Also the breakfast croissant used tofu patty which means it's a whole food ingredient.
@@ratedvfood sorry but I'll have to disagree with you a little bit as far as the vegan butter and sugar on the pancake. Also tofu isn't a whole food ingredient it's processed soy milk fat. Tempeh and edamame would be a whole food. I had to laugh when you said tofu was a whole food. Maybe read a cookbook from dr. Michael Greger dr. Caldwell Esselstyn or dr Colin Campbell to learn what a whole food is?

I feel sure that for a fat ass American who's never seen a healthy individual in their entire life he probably looks skinny but as it turns out according to BMI he's at optimal weight.
